The best post so far today from Sharesure.
There as been a complaint lodged with the FSA , and the FSA have said that they have been monitoring the situation .
You don't actually expect anything to happen? Shafted PIs on AIM are ten a penny.

zscrooge,
No i don't expect anythink to happen to benefit the shareholders, but it could do if the company went bust and a shareholders action group took the directors to court . It wasn't me who lodged the complaint.

maestro ,
Not so much the MM's as this is a SETT's share, but maybe certain trades and the CONtent of SEO's RNS's.

Kim,
I never got that mail you sent me, so if you expected a reply and never got one it isn't because I'm ignorant!! (I am ignorant BTW, Its just not the reason this time) ;-)

Sorry you didn't get that, it must be lost in the ether, wending it's way to some far off planet to confuse someone else! I have sent again with a bit extra!

MMs still have plenty of control of a SETTS share
Incidentally, Maestro is a well known joke on the other side, universally derided.

Rumour of the day
Stanelco, the developer of biodegradable packaging and one of the best small-cap performers last year, shed 0.27p at 1.81p, amid talk that its rescue refinancing remains in the balance. The company is said to be seeking to raise 15 million through Teather & Greenwood at 1p, and is understood to have received commitments totalling about 8 million so far.

The company only have the right to issue shares up to 1.3 billion, so that means issuing a maximum of 300million new shares, if at 1p this would only raise 3million not 7 as rumoured, so there is no facts to back up this rumour!

gpat - of course they will need an EGM to give director's appropriate powers for the new placing above their current mandate, just like all other companies when they raise more capital above agreed limits. This has no bearing on wether the rumour is true or not. As rumours go, it cetainly sounds plausible.
Raising 15m is perhaps difficult to convince. On the one hand it is considerably greater than their cash burn should be if their promise of imminent contracts is to be believed (and they must be believed to even get started) so the balance must be for expansion; on the other hand, were I an investor minded to help, I'd like to see contracts stage reached before offering up more cash for further expansion (capitalisation of Starpol plant jv's?, expansion of the current jv capacity?). So it may need to be got away in two stages.

There are no concerns in Stanelcoland.
All relaxed and news imminent - just irritated at the false rumours being touted.

I know I am only a "bloody" foreigner , but I was always taught that the word imminent meant -likely to happen soon. Does anyone have a spare dictionary for the SEO board?
