Buns, well i had a word and apparently he's one of these countryside walkers and there is a short cut through the tea rooms to the fields out back, It is a right-of-way across the cafe roof.

I hadn't ignored you, just busy. In answer to your question, clotted cream freshly mixed with granulated sugar so that when you eat it, it crunches. It's lovely and sweet, just like me.
