Buns, well i had a word and apparently he's one of these countryside walkers and there is a short cut through the tea rooms to the fields out back, It is a right-of-way across the cafe roof.

almost done - moving friday/saturday into the rental whilst i do the renovation. Complete on it monday and submit the planning appl at the same time - plans are all drawn. You thought anymore about a commercial property?
