hilary - 10 Dec 2004 13:34 - 20622 of 23498

Jeff,

It's all Dutch to me. I just wondered if there might have been something that you were interested in.

Mrs Mack told me that you didn't get your rod out as often as you'd like.

little willie - 10 Dec 2004 13:40 - 20623 of 23498

Opto..just been checking what she packed; not much it seems, certainly all her thongs are there but the 'harvest festivals' are gone. Actually she left most of her winter wear at her ma's so was travellin' light [Harry Webb].

Trout like mustard? Sounds like they must suck them to death? don't know about that but a bit of horse radish on smoked trout is tops.

The spray pump c/w pump action puzzles me...whats that all about then?

Jessie my boy...if you're not too busy making the tea, pin back your lugholes.
Just spoken to Glen Kotzen, our trainer. I'm going up again at 5am to watch "Sweetie" work but asked about tommorrows racing at Kenilworth,C/Town.
I'm not able to go, golf match & dinner [Homeowners Committee v Golf Club Committee].

Glen has several horses running and some of the youngsters have been coughing [time of year, early summer] so has been a little concerned re his good stuff.
Anyway,
Race no.4. 2.40pm First World 1000m sprint reasonable draw [6] should be there or thereabouts. Has another horse in the race D'Ordoba [drawn 1] which could also figure in the frame. You pays your money.

Race no.5. 3.15pm Orange Alert 1600m excellent draw [1] HUGE,fabulous animal, looking really well as long as he isn't coughing. Glen also has a second string horse thats also v.good in this race called Cabernet Kid but drawn 11 might find it a bit too tough, could be a EW but think the price will be fairly tight as the stable is in fine form.
This is the big race of the day against quality horses and is a black type race, group 2.
Last week Glen won the days big race so pressure is again on.

Race no.6 3.50pm Global Award 1800m drawn 9 but draw not so important on this distance, EW bet, unraced over this distance but reckoned to be able to handle it.

Going will be firm, temp expected 36 degrees.Don't forget we're 2 hours ahead of you okes.

Be lucky

This will please The Dazzler.

Jose Mourinho has insisted there will be no bid by Chelsea to buy England midfielder Steven Gerrard from Liverpool when next month's transfer window opens.

optomistic - 10 Dec 2004 14:53 - 20629 of 23498

Not before time Bunny, you know we are creatures of habit, if it's lunch at 1 then it is lunch at 1!! But to ensure that we get fed in the future (at all)reckon we would be best letting it go this time :-)) Glad you made it.
