Well done, Bob. A nice 2 hours work and there's still plenty of time for a round of golf.

It'll still be here tomorrow.

Tellon - 25 Nov 2004 09:57 - 2068 of 11056

Hilary,

Thanks again for your comentary. I have a question I will PM you shortly.

Your commentary is helping me. Do you intend to continue?

As for today probably wont be much of a New York session today so its probably going to be some volatile sideways movement due to the low volume. Just My Opinion.

Thanks much appreciated it is starting to click in, managed 40,went out at 0900 to Aldi to pick up a computer, they were queuing at the door to get in

Guys,

Those commentaries aren't something that I had intended to continue. It was intended simply to give Tellon a few pointers as a follow on from his other thread.

It takes a lot to post trades up on bulletin boards after you've made the trades .... it takes an awful lot more to provide a commentary before the event has actually happened explaining some of things that I hope I have explained. Fortunately, it has run like clockwork. I had hoped (in a perverse sort of way) that today wouldn't go to plan, if only to show that the strategy isn't foolproof. The most important things are that it produces more winning trades than losing trades and also that the loss on the losing days is kept to a minimum.

I'll maybe do one more commentary, but not necessarily tomorrow. It's probably time to try some of the things for yourselves. I've also got Tellon's message and will reply later.

Very understandable. I appreciate what you have done. I think handling losses seems to be more important than handling winners... Or im starting to think anyway..

Bobcolby - 25 Nov 2004 11:16 - 2072 of 11056

Hilary

Its very good of you to do one more. It must he very distracting to post explanation and trades. Very well done.

I bought a laptop from Aldi in Feb, got there an hour before opening time and was 25th in the queue. It was a real bunfight when it opened. The good news is that the laptop is excellent and wud still be my best buy if it went on the market again today at the same price.

Morning All,

Looking like a possible short this morning? Any thoughts..

hodgins - 29 Nov 2004 07:29 - 2085 of 11056

small (tiny?) overnight short /$ via sb from just under 1.8960
38% fib retracement to 1.8875 or key interim support 1.8750
but still reluctant to do much against longer stronger trend

Tellon - 29 Nov 2004 07:36 - 2086 of 11056

Short Euro myself again tiny amount. 1.3251 same fib retrace entry. Not expecting much with the overall trend up.
