Thanks Alan,
Maybe not as straightforward as SEO may have hoped, but still workable for the JVs methinks! The $1.25m "technology transfer" mentioned in the Proactiveinvestor article would however appear to be out of the question.

Stanelco annouce sales of 10,000 greenseal liscenses, 90% initial liscense fee payable before installation would be nice!

from www.lemminginvestor.com highly regarded tipping site
Stanelco, (SEO) disappointingly states that FD Robert Boardman is leaving the Company
today 'to pursue his own business interests' but his replacement Clive Warner - currently
FD at NAAFI
Our latest feature, is a 46m cap. UK holding company with indirect control of two highly
profitable, rapidly expanding IT subsidiaries. The actual share price rate of growth is at the
moment that of a x25 bagger in one year.

dont blame you, he thinks digging up news that is over 5 months old would fool people on here, and the 2nd paragraph is not related to seo.

Morning all,
Allan,
Yes your understanding of the AFX does make sense (a relative of Einstein perhaps). Dissecting it again, several times I do agree with you.
Maestro,
You say the same thing so often, like the man who keeps shouting I'm going to die. One day he will be right.

Theres a joke there somewhere about Einstein and relativity, but I can't be bothered. As for Maestro, we can only hope.

I've heard that from other sources, ssanebs, but they have said it raised the bottom end of your estimate.

Ssanebs, Alan we should be getting an RNS to confirm. It will probably read "we are pleased to announce" etc which should be taken as "we are a bit pissed off, but not as much as our shareholders are". Hopefully they will have raised enough to really get on with things now, a cut in directors salaries to cover the shortfall would be fine.

1.14 bid price now, mm's don't want you to sell if there is going to be a 1p placement.

Re the placing.
Not doubting those who have posted 'Placing closed at 1p', just wondering where this has come from or is it just rumor as yet.

Am I the only one who believes seo can only issue 1.3 bilion shares at present.
given that they have 900k in circulation , they only have another 400k to play with.
At 1p that does'nt equate to 15 million. Not in my reality anyway....
So funding from another source and all the above is just rumour/hearsay/speculation.

Starpol 3000 is the key, I doubt any one will sign any contracts untill it is passed for use. I know its only a formality, but would you! What have we got to wait now 4 or 5 weeks.

The 1p placing to raise <10 million was a rumour I heard about 1 week ago. I cannot vouch for the source, but when ssanebs posted it I decided to add my sources info.
I am unsure about the rules regarding placements, so I cannot comment on that.
I, remarkably, still feel quite content with the future, and I am less concerned with the fundraising than I was.
Perhaps foolhardy, but a large amount of capital raising would be very difficult to do if all you could promise the placees was that you were still trying to tie something up, and you'll need the money for wages in the coming months. Much easier if you can show that the money is for capital investment leading to profitability.
Who knows. I am sure we will find out eventually.
