As Cardiff City continue to sink towards their rightful position in the league, their squad of players look to be visibly aging as seen in this shocking picture.
Where is he then -):

Shite about to hit the fan at Cardiff ???
Malkays odds of next PL manager to leave/sacked have fallen from 25/1 to 10/1 to 7/1 in last 12 hours.
Owner Tan is p*ssing around with football matters and has replaced one of the back room staff with one of his sons friend who admits he knows nothing about football and this and other meddling is really peeing off the players and manager.
I've seen us in the PL now so Tan and his money men can feck back off to the sweat shops of Malaysia where they made their money and take their crappy red kits with them imo.
If Malkay resigns/sacked there is going to be uproar !

Cardiff City was thrown into turmoil yesterday when its owner, Malaysian businessman Tan Sri Vincent Tan controversially replaced head of recruitment Iain Moody with 23-year-old Alisher Apsalyamov.
Ever since Tan became the club's majority shareholder, Cardiff fans have endured a turbulent, roller-coaster ride. Supporters were riled and incensed when Tan changed the club crest and switched from its primary colour of blue to red.
Britain's Daily Mail reported that Apsalyamov, from Kazakhstan, is thought to be a close acquaintance of Tan's son with no previous experience in football.
The shock decision by Tan is believed to have significantly undermined Cardiff City manager Malky Mackay's position, as Moody had been a key part of the backroom team and his right-hand man.
Mackay had frequently credited Moody's influence in bringing in the summer marquee signings of Steven Caulker, Gary Medel, Kevin Tehophile-Catherine and Andreas Cornelius.
Moody has been constantly held up for the attention and diligence he put into the club's scouting and recruitment programmes.
Attempts by the Daily Mail to get an explanation from Cardiff City met with silence last night, although club sources revealed that Moody had been suspended from his duties with immediate effect.
Cardiff players are bound to be upset by Tan's move to replace Mackay's trusted lieutenant with a rookie from Kazakhstan.
This is the second controversy for Cardiff, following last week's row between players and the club over end-of-season bonuses.
The bitter row had led to a breakdown in the Cardiff players' relationship with Tan, the club's majority shareholder.
The Daily Mail reported that the players were so furious with the tycoon that they wanted him barred from any involvement with the first team on match days.
Tan angered a number of players after he reportedly refused to fork out a seven-figure sum for the players' end-of-season bonuses next May.
The paper added that it was common practice for clubs to put aside a cash pot to be divided between players based on the number of games they play in a season.
However, the bonuses are not part of the players' contracts, nor are clubs obliged to make such payments.
After a heated discussion between Tan and the players – in which Mackay was caught in the middle – a compromise was reached. However, the amount offered was less than last season's bonus pot.
The squad initially rejected Tan's offer as Cardiff City were in the Championship last season before winning promotion to the Premier League.
However, they later had a change of heart as senior players wanted to ensure that the club's young professionals, who earn less than the established players, were not in danger of missing out.
Although the Cardiff players accepted the smaller bonus pot, they made it clear to club officials that they would prefer Tan not to have access to the dressing room on match days.
