I think a lot of new punters/gamblers will pile into this share with money on high risk.
OK it could still go belly up, but the potential reward getting in now is huge.
This is not a ramp just fact, IE for those who gamble high risk shares this one must be worth a punt.
I am not putting any more cash in as yet, as I do not wish to risk any more cash at this level.

I have bought more. The funders must have been told with some degree of certainty that the LOI's will be converted to actual contracts. Accept that this is still a risky stock with current mgt in place but it seems worth a punt from here.

doubled my holding at sub 1p.
took a very calculated gamble on shorters vbeing forced to close their positions.
seems to have paid off.
SEO board has a lot to answer for.
I believe their lack of thought/clarity of RNS's from when they first announced a possible cash drive has allowed this situation to occur.
It has resulted in long term holders/PI's bailing out in panic and allowed shorters and other interested parties to buy a LONG TERM winning share at rock bottom prices.

Surely they won't be getting all they need from a 0.8p issue.
I'll wager that there are other irons in the fire.

Dilute what -- nothing --- the bigger the share issue the closer to 0.8p each share is worth
Upside is what is hit by the issue so 30p will remain a distant memory and 5 p just a possibility still should be interesting to watch

all those that brought this morning well done you are brave but did you get a chance in the placing at 0.80p? they are the ones that will have a big smile on there faces.pis pay 1por near people in the right place get discount of 20% from current price as i write,i would not be at all suprised to see the s/price under 0.90 in the coming months as the above start to off load to book there profits.dyor

Can shareholders call for an EGM or something similar because SEO's board need to be strung up by the balls particularly Clown (sorry Clive) Warner and Martin Wanker (sorry Wagner).
WHAT HAVE THEY DELIVERED THIS YEAR
Also why aren't all the details of the financing out?

does nobody else think this rns stinks of panic?
" Company is in the final stages

why release an rns now when funding still hasn't been completed? why not wait? as for loi's ...... they are only binding if both parties are still in business. also, in today's climate , contracts mean nowt really. i mean, look at what happened to the contracts with asda and reiser? it'll be interesting to see just how much was raised by this latest funding/financing, whether enough has been raised to finally get the show on the road. shit or bust time really, innit.

Because they cant release the full details as the financing is in the final stages.
IE not finalised as yet.
