Envesta Telecom (EVS)

paulbrooks71 - 19 Jan 2005 12:17

Have a look at todays news threads for EVS, great first half results, important acquisition announced, more exciting news promised in February. Up 25% so far today.

grevis2 - 12 Apr 2005 16:33 - 208 of 305

Someone just bought 1.75 million!

grevis2 - 13 Apr 2005 10:05 - 209 of 305

Morning all. Good to see we are in positive territory again this morning.

grevis2 - 13 Apr 2005 12:55 - 210 of 305

The MMs certainly seem happy to absorb any sells that are coming their way. I think that big buyer is still in the market, hence why this stock is steady as a rock at present. The bid/offer performed the same strange act as yesterday when the bid went ahead of the offer for a short time. My indicators show a rise back above 6p by the 15th and on this basis I topped up again this morning. Keep smiling!

grevis2 - 13 Apr 2005 20:31 - 211 of 305

I'm not surprised to find this stock holding steady. EVS shares have performed as expected. They peaked just ahead of the Ides of March, which is the signal for the end of tax year sell off. Such falls tend to unnerve a few folk and hence the sell off tends to run into mid April before turning up again. You only have to look at the rest of the small cap market to see that this has happened across the board. Barring accidents and unforeseen events, I believe the next move forward is only days away. From the big buys we've seen in recent days, someone evidently agrees with me. Good luck!

grevis2 - 14 Apr 2005 16:41 - 212 of 305

Two mighty buys at the end of trade, yet again. 1.25 million and 1.3 million. Just who is stake-building?

andysmith - 14 Apr 2005 16:49 - 213 of 305

I've been watching this one Grevis, only put off is I don't want another Pipex, promises so much but sp never moves outside small range despite big buys.
You predict 6p+ soon, what are your longer term projections? Cheers.

ragingcat - 15 Apr 2005 12:22 - 214 of 305

Target 4p soon and then 3p

andysmith - 15 Apr 2005 13:24 - 215 of 305

Substance behind that ragingcat?
Why would L&G buy at 5.75p?
Why would EVS prosper to yield 10p+.
Very tempted by EVS. Honest views appreciated.

Andy

This is a small company with a market cap of 9 mil. The results are out at the end of june and untill we get nearer to that date these will bounce around between a small trading range just as they are doing now. As revenues increase then so will the price but it's going to be slow. I think the company has excellent prospects and a good model and in time the price will start to retrace. If you do decide to jump in then you will need patience.

As previously stated, have this one on my watchlist. I'm afraid I have to agree with ragingcat. From a TA perspective, Support at 5.4p has been broken (just) and if another negative day tomorrow (on the cards following the DJ's performance on Friday), next stop is 4p. Volumes continue to fall, MACD remains negative, so overall further falls are likely. Perhasp 3-4p is a good entry level.

Thanks for valued analysis folks. Keeping it on my watchlist for now. Andy

Keeping on watchlist thanks to advice from Pete and others. Support has worryingly gone depste L&G and pension funds taking significant stakes.
I will wait to see where support level turns out to be.

capetown - 03 May 2005 11:47 - 221 of 305

Any thoughts on reason for the continuing price fall on this stock, talk about VOLATILE!,i am thinking of topping up but not sure that the price will start to pick up.

Not very much positive to say about the chart. I still believe that the SP spiked due to tips in both Shares Mag and the IC. However, following today's fall, the SP is testing support at 3.8p and also the rising trend sice December last year. If both these fail, then 3p looks like the next stop. I am continuing to watch and will probably buy if it bounces off 3.8p. I might miss the best purchase price, but then better safe than sorry.

EVS looks to have bottomed out. Time to get back in me thinks! Buyers are coming in thick and fast at this level. That 260K showing as a sell was actually a delayed buy from an hour ago. Good luck!

capetown - 03 May 2005 14:36 - 225 of 305

Looks like you were spot on PTH CHEERS!!!!

Slight recovery this PM, but perhaps still a little bit early to jump in yet. Will be interested to see what happens tomorrow. It has only tested the support level once, I would like to see a positive day prior to making a decision.
