My local Halifax ran out of money this week (er, "no need to panic..."), because the council has started to reform the road junction and there are heavy lorries about - with heavy drivers sitting in them. After looking into it now. I don't see any dramatic effect on the SP for at least 9 months. LLOY are going to trade in a range of 10p from this level. There are some significant headwinds ahead in 2011 and I believe the market has now priced these in. The uncertainty of Antonio coming in and the board change, what will the new broom do. He does have an impressive record, and is probably will correct the steer.
