8979L stop out @ 8995 6 pips up, bought on mometum +ve and gen sentiment
8973L stop out @ 8940 33 pips down, bought on mom change & gen news
8939L stop @ 8870 taken out by spike down @ 0829 while I was having a shower. thought I was buying @ support level etc. but was not following my own rules very well and should not have entered the last trade.
Should have bought @ 8850 around 0925 but was still nervous and wud have recoverd 65 pips.

I cant get anything right today

Looking like a possible short this morning? Any thoughts..

small (tiny?) overnight short /$ via sb from just under 1.8960
38% fib retracement to 1.8875 or key interim support 1.8750
but still reluctant to do much against longer stronger trend

Short Euro myself again tiny amount. 1.3251 same fib retrace entry. Not expecting much with the overall trend up.

I think that you've made the right move this am, Tellon.

edit: Could be a bit of a tug of war till something gives .... cable still wants to go up.

People in another forumn have 1.3235 as fib support. 1.3180 as trend support. So looks like there may be some buying to get through if its going down.

Ive moved my stop to 1.3273 just in case it reverses and will let in run for a bit.

Stopped out, Looks sideways to me.. Going to leave it now till tomorrow.

That's what stops are for, T. You didn't do anything wrong, imo. But no strategy will work 100% of the time.

Like you say, leave it till tomorrow now ...... it'll still be here.

edit: Ironically cable would have been the better play despite that initial strength.

Its a learning Curve to I think.. The more screen time you get the better you get at noticing whats going on... Going to keep going.. Try to stick in there..

I think also going against such a strong uptrend wasnt likly to yield much..
