If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

I`m colour blind, and the worst two to decipher are red and green close to each pther, they would be wouldn`t they? The red on Stockwatch is particularly hard, I can just about see it with the font size high, if the red was bolder I would have no probs. , but it looks a bit ` water colour` red to me?????????
Any suggestions?

At last I got rid of that dreadful " save"pop-up, my whackers couldn`t dump it, my uninstall wouldn`t dump it, in fact not sure what I did do in the end but I deleted it by brute force and ignorance somehow, barsteward.

IanT Thanks for looking at this but no improvement I can see - 20 secs from topic list to this thread appearing, charts take 30 secs and the traders thread for today headers are still loading at 35 secs. No BT problems reported so I assume my connection is fine. Any advice?

I am on an AOL modem connection and not that bad for me. To fully load the traders thread was about 9 secs and 4 secs for other threads.

JT - just spent 50 mins on phone to BT - checking settings, new connection, speed tests and everything fine with me they say. I agree - other pages browse fine. Can't see why my speed is down though if most other users are OK. A mystery.

Your research section is practically unusable due to the number of market cap errors.
There are many errors in the size of the equity issue and also there appears to be a problem with the multiplier in the market capitalization table. This produces such gems as AZH having a mkt cap of about 900.
The last page of this table is a good place to show how far out the figures are in some cases(and that multiplier error).
http://www.moneyam.com/action/scanner/showMarketScanner?page=71&name=MarketCap
James Quinn used several figures that were obviously totally wrong in his article on cash shells, so these errors clearly aren't doing your writers any favours...
Please can someone overhaul the research section ASAP.
Many thanks,
dell

Dell,
We are in the process of changing the feed which will help resolve this - I will however forward your comments onto our tech guys to see if there is anything that can be done sooner.

Morning IT /JT. Spent time again over weekend tinkering. Still having very slow page loading with Moneyam but some other webs are also a little slower than usual. CMC flies along. BT still insist the line speeds are fine. If this is not a moneyam sole issue could it be IE? Any suggestions? It's driving me up the wall.
