From 17th August Trading Update we were all told
We acknowledge that Stanelco has encountered delays in rolling out GREENSEAL to
the market. The delays have primarily resulted from the limitations of the food
packaging industry to allow access to machines to test the technology in a
factory environment. The Board believes that these delays will not impact on the potential success of the project.'

Mr Wagner should resign from his post for giving misleading information - looks at SEO'S sp now. Every shareholder should contact him at above no. and ask for an explanation.

I think i'll leave for a while . My parting thought.
Many moons ago Mr White talked about plucking the low hanging fruit from the tree.
I'd personally rip the branch off , beat the crap out of him with it , then string him up from a higher branch. Sell off frogpack, and all the other ancilliary crap and push forward s'pol and greenseal.

wavey davey agree that all the crap like Frogpack needs to go as does the ciggy filter stuff, assuming some one may want to buy it, although I suspect we have been told a load more bullshit here.

The ciggy stuff existed before SEO was on the scene - if it had been worth anything significant Biotec would have sold it themselves.

Someone asked why sell now having read the RNS: Surely one could sell now and rebuy if the sp is expected to fall. I've managed to increase my holding by 25% by doing just that since it hit ~3.5p.

agree with oblomov and wd.
Seo board have a lot to answer for . Best they wear some armour for the AGM.
Will be attending and will want some proper answers , not promises of jam tomorrow.

tweenie do you know when next AGM is likely to be?

Biotec knew all about the potential of their ciggy filters and lots of their other IP. But they were restrained by their owner (Koshoggi Industries - not Adnam, his brother) to ignore them and concentrate only on specific products and projects.
When SEO came along the staff pointed out these things and were greatly encouraged by the interest SEO were showing.
Or so we were told by Ian Balchin at the EGM in August last year when he made his 'low hanging fruits' comment that has oft been quoted - and mis-attributed to HW who was not there!

tony.
I stand corrected.
So I'd beat them both up and hang them from a higher branch.

dawall.
Their year ends in 26 days. Based on past performance preliminary figures will be announced at end Feb 07 and AGM late April/early May.
Sounds a long time off.
But I feel we will get an opportunity of attending an EGM very soon. Whether they will accept AOB questions is another discussion point!

Unfortunatly fruit trees are not renown for their strength and were not used by lynching parties.

Could be the announcement was to peg the drop to 0.8p rather than free-fall which could compromise the funding price. The last fund raising price was altered due to movement in the sp.

ahhh.
Tony. I'll have to coat it in s'pol then, give it some extra strength.
Obviously it's environmentaly friendly as well.
Being a concientious individual . A shallow grave under the tree will allow the bearing of more fruit the following year.
Plus , I'll feel a lot better

It will be fully dependent on the sp within the next couple of months as to whether I report SEO management to the LSE for consideration of breach of Rules.
In my opinion, 1 misleading RNS can be a mistake, 2 becomes shear incompetence, and 3 or more must indicate intention to mislead. The misleading RNS's must be in double figures by now. Not saying anyone has broken the rules, but there must be sufficient doubt to justify an investigation.
