It is also confirmed gas at its Barbarossa well and production will start early next year. Encore still ended the half year with better than expected cash position and also sold its Amstel asset in Netherlands. Broker KBC peel hunt values En Core at 90p a share. A Strong BUY. for Encore Oil.

star energy is to drill a well to test the pressure at Esmond shortly. Assumeing the appraisal is on course. Indications are comeing in that this well is successfull. Encore will deliver the technical as mentioned and on course to reach new highs.

Well worth a punt at this price.
When did KBC release re-value to 90p shadow.

I must be mad but could not resist not doubling up.....I'm going from a doubter to a surprise punter on recovery for this one....!, it is now cheap even if we dismiss Esmond as a failure and that still remains to be seen !.

Even lower....but on 10000 shares only makes : 24 or so that I would have saved had I delayed my top up....on an update about "drilling being on course".....for the 2 wells ......along those lines.....it should rebound by 2p or so....so patience !, must hope no plunge to 6p....otherwise I should have listened to myself !.

I wish we could have the right market cap here....at the moment it says 97 million...it is nowhere near that !.

Falling rapidly obviously bottoming out still a-ways to go yet 6p ish possible. However a bit of good News and a bounce is very likely with this one.

As expected - Central and Southern North Sea EnCore has been offered 4 licences that cover 5 blocks and partial blocks in the Seaward Licensing Round. 2 blocks have been offered under traditional licence and 3 blocks under promote licence. EnCore is expecting to operator on all 4 licences.

with NY down another 350/400, little has bottomed and many fortunes will have been lost ...... am glad i am long in almost nothing except IEC which is a special situation and am short WOS, CSR and WPP

The original Breagh gas discovery was made in 1997 by well 42/13-2 and was successfully appraised in 2007 with well 42/13-3, which tested at rates up to 17.6 million standard cubic feet per day (mmscfd). Well 42/13-4, which drilled in October of this year, successfully tested at 10.2 mmscfd

you could be right shadow the Bowstring East drilling was to take 35 to 40 days depending on the usual weather constraints the News was released on the 15/16th October ? so it must close to complete if me maths is right so you may be correct about next week.
