Pooch, please don't ask why mg was on his knees when this was taken...........(blush!)

Golddog - 15 Dec 2004 14:33 - 20901 of 23498

btw Thankyou for my award Bullshare, i was honoured to accept it!
:-)

Golddog - 15 Dec 2004 14:35 - 20902 of 23498

Priscilla, Why was mg on his knees when that pic was taken?

stockbunny - 15 Dec 2004 14:42 - 20903 of 23498

Afternoon happy campers, mince pies and mulled wine on the counter.

Dear management,
aka Spaceman,

Can I take it then that you will still be requiring the culinary
mishaps of the bunny for the coming year then?

Hmmm well if that's the case I'll have to re-think the offer to
man the kitchen of Mr Blunkett - I was an ideal candidate of course
as my visa was already in order!
;>)

(a joke Mr Blunkett Sir if you read this, not meant in any derogatory
way at all)

Oh well there goes my OBE
:>(

Bullshare - 15 Dec 2004 14:44 - 20904 of 23498

Golddog; Great pleasure, you had a lot of votes!!

Golddog - 15 Dec 2004 14:47 - 20905 of 23498

afternoon bun buns :-)

not sure about Mr Blunkett reading this thread bunnie? I was only talking to his dog the other day (gosh you should hear some of the stories!) and no he does not read this thread.

stockbunny - 15 Dec 2004 14:51 - 20906 of 23498

Wheew well you just don't know in this day and age Poochy, I mean
after all there's his dog having conversations with our very own
Poochy, it can be a very small world......
;>)

Spaceman - 15 Dec 2004 14:53 - 20907 of 23498

Thanks Mike I don't think I have met pinsticker, I haven't met Kayak either.

stockbunny, your culinary input is much appreciated and I would say essential to the smooth running of this and the new place. Don't worry about Blunkett, he wouldn't have given you a 500% pay rise ! being a sensitive bunny I am sure you will remain careful to ensure that the menu doesn't offend my friend Lambykins ;-)

I will not be bringing any culinary expertise at all however I will make sure we have a permanent phone connection set-up to a decent local Indian Takeaway.
I am hoping all the other regular cooks will continue to make this place the best virtual restaurant and bar in cyberspace.

Golddog - 15 Dec 2004 14:59 - 20908 of 23498

are you feeling better now spacey? plenty of lemsip. actually if i have a cold coming on i have a pint of water with a lemon squeezed into it, cold goes away soon after! or maybe it's the 4 pints of Bods afterwards that helps!!

Socrates - 15 Dec 2004 14:59 - 20909 of 23498

Jeffmack
Rumour has it there is to be an announcement from PTG today. After hours if history is anything to go by.

stockbunny - 15 Dec 2004 14:59 - 20910 of 23498

Why thank you kind Sir Spaceman - flattery is unlikely to get you anywhere
but the 500% payrise certainly will!!! (evil grin)
Of course there will be NO lamb on the menu, in the same way as we
do not serve bunny, dog or cat for that matter - although there was
a briefly worrying moment a few months back when the mention was made
of roasted squirrel if I remember rightly, but rest assured such
barbarian meals will not appear on my menu!

Of course long term Lamby and I may succeed in turning you lot
into non-red meat eaters, but in the meantime, your steaks are safe!
;>)

Priscilla - 15 Dec 2004 15:00 - 20911 of 23498

What's the new place to be called, spaceman? May I propose ...'Lamby Drizzles'?, 'Mouton Spacechild's'?, '2005 Space Oddity'?

Golddog - 15 Dec 2004 15:02 - 20912 of 23498

Hey Bunny, Steak!! Littlewillie's 'Baps the cow' will be upset?

Socks, Good or bad news?

stockbunny - 15 Dec 2004 15:09 - 20913 of 23498

Yes I know but trying to get steak off the menu here would be
like Hamleys without toys - empty!
;>)

jeffmack - 15 Dec 2004 15:09 - 20914 of 23498

Socs
Is it a bad one given the drop in price

Golddog - 15 Dec 2004 15:10 - 20915 of 23498

I think the name ''Lambykins and Spaceman's Dutch Coffee house on the banks of the River Severn' is quite catchy? albiet a little long in the mouth!

stockbunny - 15 Dec 2004 15:12 - 20916 of 23498

L & S Au Lait........

Priscilla - 15 Dec 2004 15:16 - 20917 of 23498

'Dutch-Cap-Pooch-Chino's'? (say it out loud, if you're confused. [Jeffmack!])

Socrates - 15 Dec 2004 15:17 - 20918 of 23498

Jeffmack/GD
I've no idea whether the news will be good or bad. There has just been a 'T' trade reported of 305,000 shares, that could be a sell that contributed to the price drop today, the price is mid current bid/offer.

Golddog - 15 Dec 2004 15:22 - 20919 of 23498

That sounds a little rude to me Priscilla? not sure what it means exactly??
