Oh no, guys - come on.
Wake up!

Never mind, "Ho has destroyed Staneclo's ability to finance at a level that is right and fair, based as it should be in the most part, on the companies NAV, IP value, and potential."

What about "If he hadn't jumped in with his shorting and bashing, Stanelco could have got TEN TIMES the placing value they can now, after he has instigated the destruction of Stanelco's SP, so you can list all the people on this website that you like, and I bet you that every single one of them would have much preffered a placing worth TEN TIMES what they are getting now, or dilution of ONE TENTH of what we are getting now, or anywhere in between."

Not only drivel, zscrooge, but if I were Geoff, I know what I would do now.

Edit: forget it, the whole of PM's note is ridden with libel.
I'm trying to wind down, it is Friday after all - and that guy really winds me up.

And, err ... just looking at the books?
That is the bottom line!

Tonyrelaxes - 06 Oct 2006 23:40 - 20986 of 27111

Interesting, very interesting week ahead.
Busy too.
Lots going on - and not just here.
I go to bed far happier than I woke up.
Good night all.

oblomov - 07 Oct 2006 09:05 - 20987 of 27111

I said it was interesting, Zscrooge, not that I agreed with everything in it (particularly the final paragraph)! I'm sure no one needs reminding that I'm no great fan of PM1's!

Over the top in typical PM1 style, full of libel, mostly tosh, but I still think it has a grain of truth in that the tippers such as TB and GeoffHo turned negative at a crucial time in the fund raising negotiations. TB in particular still had SEO at a buy to 15p and a target 50p - he went to a hold, said nothing for weeks and then its a sell. All this on the assumption that SEO wouldn't raise the cash. It would surely have been better for the followers they had put into the stock if they had waited to a stage where it was certain there would be no funding forthcoming?

As it is, it looks a possibility that they got it wrong - there are strong indications that funding is imminent.

TB, Shares Mag, RHPS and others have a big following. Might we not now be looking at funding nearer 2p or even higher if not for their sudden negativity?

Anyway, I thought it would be fun to see one of PM1's post here. He has a unique style - 95% tosh but sometimes 5% substance if you're lucky enough to find it!

Frampton - 07 Oct 2006 09:32 - 20988 of 27111

Oblo,
You can't seriously believe the fall in share price is down to Geoff Ho?! Take a look at the once loyal holders' posts on this board, to see the disillusionment creeping in over the past few months. Look at the RNSs promising the world but failing to deliver, or the fact the company is going to run out of cash any moment - this is why the share price is going down the pan.

Tonyrelaxes,
I understand completely if you can say no more, but..................
You know my contact details.
Thanks,
Alan

Frampton, I've already said what I think and it wasn't that the fall in SP was down to Geoff Ho! Please read it again.

aldwickk - 07 Oct 2006 10:53 - 20992 of 27111

Oblomov,

That was rubbish, people have lost a lot of money because of PM1

oblomov - 07 Oct 2006 11:13 - 20993 of 27111

Not disputing that, Aldwickk - I'm just commenting on one PM1 post and then only saying IMO that there is a grain of truth in it.

bosley - 07 Oct 2006 11:21 - 20994 of 27111

oblo, the one saving grace in all this debacle is that we arn't subjected to pm1shite. please, don't do that again 'cos you've just made me bring my full english back up. yes it was typical pm1, 100% bollox. there is no truth in it at all.

WOODIE - 07 Oct 2006 11:31 - 20995 of 27111

"An interesting piece on the Ho debate with some good points here from PM"
read post 20982 3 times where are the good points in it as i cant see any?

oblomov - 07 Oct 2006 12:16 - 20996 of 27111

No truth at all l, bos?

So presumably you believe SEO is going bust and the fundraising isn't going to happen?

Its seems to me naive to think that commentators such as TB and Geoff Ho do not have an effect on the SP. SEO attracts in the main private investors, many of whom take their tips from these guys. The recent drop to sub 3p came on the back of TB's move to a sell.

Of course SEO's own actions together with delays and lack of money have caused the SP to drop - the question is whether it would have dropped as far if the likes of TB and GH weren't involved.

WOODIE - 07 Oct 2006 12:32 - 20997 of 27111

oblo the answer to that is we will never know as it is in the past as no one can say if these tips had not appeared what the s/price would be. it might be higher it might not.
agree with you re the pis they do read these commemts and some will act on this advice given ,as do market makers.

bosley - 07 Oct 2006 12:35 - 20998 of 27111

there is a great way to stop a share price slump and that is to deliver on promises made. the chart shows what happens when you don't. it really is that simple. seo failed to deliver.

oblo, if these people are men of such great influence , then why did the sp continue on its downward path even though they were still saying it was a buy?

oblomov - 07 Oct 2006 12:36 - 20999 of 27111

oblomov - 07 Oct 2006 12:43 - 21000 of 27111

Take you point completely bos - of course it was falling. My point is that the timing of those changes from buy to sell (going down the tubes) and Mr Ho's advice to short has accelerated the fall and contributed to SEO's troubles and that the change came at the worst possible time.

Just imagine how this could have affected the backers - they are not going to rush into a deal whilst the SP is falling and a writer in Shares Mag is saying 'short this down to 1p'! They are going to wait until it is shorted down to 1p - which it would seem is what has happened and may explain the delay in funding from the RNS in September.

Just love the caption Oblo.

cynic - 07 Oct 2006 16:55 - 21004 of 27111
