Stan - there is a guy that owns a PC shop locally who uses one as his local transport - I must admit that he (personally) looks a bit of a tw*t - especially as his 'normal' mode of transport is an Audi Q7!

Stan - 04 Feb 2015 09:18 - 25 of 638

Thats interesting Skinny because as far as licensing them for use on the pavement and or road is concerned they are a grey area at the moment, very expensive to buy as well.

But as I say good fun off road as a try, agree they do look a bit strange but who cares if they get you there and back, very handy for the pub... especially getting home -):

If I came home from the pub on one of those..... I don't think I'd have a front door left.,.

Thinking of getting a tablet (pc) before any comments, for when away travelling uk. As they seem to have very good battery life and a mini usb port to connect the internet dongle, Would stay with windows for ease of use and around 9-10" screen. Any recommendations for reliability and cost?

skinny - 09 Feb 2015 14:16 - 40 of 638

I don't own a tablet, but my nephew has a Linx 10" tablet running Windows 8.1, which he really likes.

This looks like it :- LINX 10" Tablet - Black, 32 GB
