As seems to be the fashion here, I also served time at 'another place' so i recognise quite a few names. ;)

i really cant see why there is little posting here. im as guilty as most i suppose but at least i have the excuse that i work 24/7. maybe its a sign of the market. bull market=thousands of posts.

maybe we are in no mans land at the moment.

just look at fridays post on bb threads no more than 10 threads where posted on and if you look at advfn about 2 or 3 pages thats is what is needed here and up goes you subsciber base all posters may not pay but the more that use the site the more it will go up imhooc.

On ADVFN there are currently 2.5 pages of Saturday posts and 3.5 days of Friday posts.

MoneyAM might just as well pull the plug and cease wasting their money.

I allowed my ADVFN PBB subscription to lapse a few months ago - still use their FBB from time to time.

Traders thread in the traders room on moneyam is just about the busiest informed UK SETS thread on the net.

well geoff me go on me hols for a few weeks on friday so i wont be about i may find a cyber cafe once in a while to pop in or leave well alone for a surprise to come back to I became a farther for the 1st nearly 2 years ago its a great time 1st 6 months they dont do much but about 6 months old when they can start to sit up by them selfs thats when all the fun starts, have fun, and with a bit of luck i might come back to some changes here 17K people buy shares mag 75% must be online or work with computers make it count the bulls are coming to town
may not stampede but we will all know they are here.

Downside of including counters is that they can undermine claimed hit rates... Can be a two-edged sword. Useful to boast of when high, embarassing whenever low or falling. Hence maybe some reluctance?
