hangon - 08 Feb 2005 17:44 - 23 of 54

well again at a low and the marketing director of 11 years resigns. It really doesn't look good. Moving to AIM - blow me I thought they were already, such performance should never be on the full market list......whatever next?
I see they plan to buy more of some company - looks like the seller knows a thing or two.
This company is a huge loss (& for me) and will continue to be, unless it can show some v-v-voom. Perhaps the MD's son could take over Marketing, after school.
Does anyone have an inside track on these people?

WOODIE - 09 Feb 2005 06:30 - 24 of 54

hangon share price will not do much until results in march as there was a mild profit warning last year.cheers woodie

legend290782 - 13 Feb 2005 09:28 - 25 of 54

Hi Hangon,

I picked up some of these at 8.5p after the big drop... at the same time the directors were buying loads at 11p. I am happy to hold for the time being.

I know an auto-electrician that uses toad products and he thinks there is nothing to worry about as does my broker. I would be surprised to lose money on this stock.

Woodie, sorry I haven't posted the tip from city confidential, will try and do it asap - I have been snowed under at work.

Thats good, everything should be in line as far as i can see.

Keep smiling

hangon - 15 Apr 2005 10:33 - 31 of 54

You guys seem pretty happy - the sp is at an all-time low and I read (in Shares?) that Toad is dependent upon hands-free telephone products - hardly a product which will continue year-on-year....and forget any Barriers to Entry.
The company has slipped onto AIM where it can fester as a penny shares for a little longer, but this looks like a classic failure of Management to generate any Profits.
Oh I do hope they are well-rewarded. I recall their car-park had some nice motors in it (at agm)....so expect some performance-related bonuses to be pre-paid, HUH. We thought Rover was bad!

legend290782 - 15 Apr 2005 13:27 - 32 of 54

lol, I am still optimistic... i think that we will be ok in these!! as always time will tell!!

Regards and lurking

These look interesting and theres certainly momentum on their side. AGM looks ok and Directors bought a lot as a % of the total market cap. Dipped in this morning for my first tranche. I also see Paul Scott and some of his followers over on the Motley Fool have gone in for these.

cheers GF.

TA looks positive too.

legend290782 - 23 May 2005 14:19 - 36 of 54

Totally agree, these are dirt cheap gf... have held these since 8.5p ages ago and didnt sell at 14p a few months ago...

I added at 11p just before results and they have just gone down since. A must imo

goldfinger - 24 May 2005 00:39 - 37 of 54

Yup Legend I think we have a winner here.

Seymour Pierce are forecasting 1.8m profit in 2005, and 1.93m in 2006, for 1.9p EPS & 2.1p EPS respectively.
That puts the shares on a bargain PER of 5.4 dropping to 4.9
So if those forecasts are achieved, then these shares look certain to recover from the doldrums.

cheers GF.

legend290782 - 24 May 2005 09:06 - 38 of 54

FINALLY I AM GLAD SOMEONE HAS SOME SENSE TO SEE HOW CHEAP THESE ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOODIE - 24 May 2005 11:34 - 39 of 54

welcome on board gf are you still holding ciu? if newspaper stories are true a deal with a high strret chain looks like the next piece of news to hit the market.cheers woodie

goldfinger - 24 May 2005 11:39 - 40 of 54

Hi Woodie, yes still holding a few CIU. Made a super profit this morning from Merchant Retail. Just keep a lot of good stock on the back burner and sooner or later they will pay out for you, patience being the key. Not gambling like 50% of the market.

cheers GF.
