Said keyboard is stored away upstairs out of the way Dave, along
with the adaptor which I finally got via a music shop separately.
This weekend my two are away with their Dad to visit their Gran
(his Mum)so it will be full steam on wrapping up - only time I'm
sure they wont be about!!!
(Oh yes and cake marzipaning and icing, and sausage roll making and
oh a lot of odd cooking thats better done when they're not about to
ask for the finished product in advance!! ;>)

Are you still in the diamond company?

This_is_me - 16 Dec 2004 14:59 - 21007 of 23498

Since I can't get rabbit pie I'll have a couple of lamb chops; I can afford them since AHT has bounced, more than has happened to that poor pet dog (or should that be that poor dog pet)

stockbunny - 16 Dec 2004 15:03 - 21008 of 23498

T-I-M
No...No Good....Try again.......
(Hint: if it has to be meat try, beef, pork, venison, chicken,
turkey - yes I know technically poultry! - but now Lamby is
in the Tea-Rooms regularly lamb is off the menu and I would
assume mutton is too - so the days of Lancashire hot-pot are
gone round here I'm afraid......

This_is_me - 16 Dec 2004 15:35 - 21009 of 23498

Irish stew?

Priscilla - 16 Dec 2004 15:41 - 21010 of 23498

Tea is now ready. A special request from lambykins has brought forth hot jam roly-poly with fresh (home-made) custard. He thinks Spaceman might manage a few morsels which will help make him feel better. Get well soon, boss!

Fresh pot of tea ready to pour.

daves dazzlers - 16 Dec 2004 15:50 - 21011 of 23498

Bang, slam, smash,,a very unhappy customer no not with the cafe///brokers,,there mistake but they expect me to take it on the chin!!

stockbunny - 16 Dec 2004 15:53 - 21012 of 23498

Keep Calm Dave - have a beer, you'll do it......
Yes get better soon Spacey - although a cold bug has been dwelling
in the burrow for about a week now and we still can't shift it - good
luck - try some brandy...
Afternoon Priscilla - how's the day going?

Priscilla - 16 Dec 2004 15:59 - 21013 of 23498

hello bunny! I'm sitting here, surrounded by CREST forms and different share certificates. Trying to devise a way to separate the EIS-registered ones from the plain AIM ones as comdirect will bundle 'em all together and I don't want to lose the tax benefits by not having them differentiated. (I know! 'Lighten up! I hear you cry.....but I will when I've done this job; I promise).

stockbunny - 16 Dec 2004 16:04 - 21014 of 23498

Can understand Priscilla, one of those jobs that is a pain.
Just caught up with the PetrolResources thread - what a day for
them, a horrible loss in one day.
:>(

stockbunny - 16 Dec 2004 16:04 - 21015 of 23498

Oh Err....there's two of me again LOL
(duplicated post edited out! LOL)

Spaceman - 16 Dec 2004 16:05 - 21016 of 23498

Afternoon all, feeling much better today after a good nights sleep and a day spent snoozing! I am hoping I am past the worst now and that mrs spaceman hasn't caught it! Anyway I am feeling well enough to go out for an Indian tonight.

Lambykins is sitting in the corner tucking into some of that Jam roly-poly and he wont let me have any! He looks very happy.....

Bunny well done with the menu policing ;-)

TIM All Lamb and Rabbit dishes are served elsewhere ;-)

Priscilla - 16 Dec 2004 16:07 - 21017 of 23498

Hmm. I remember reading about PET some years ago and deciding that really was a risky political gamble. Whichever way it went it would be big. I hope nobody from Poochy's Palace got caught out in it.

stockbunny - 16 Dec 2004 16:13 - 21018 of 23498

So do I Priscilla, hate to see people get whacked.

Good to know you're feeling better Spacey - it's the damn cough
and cataah - goes on and on...... :>(

stockbunny - 16 Dec 2004 16:37 - 21019 of 23498

Ok I'm outta here Priscilla has made the tea for you all, so
enjoy!! Have a good evening all!

Socrates - 16 Dec 2004 17:10 - 21020 of 23498

Hello!

little willie - 16 Dec 2004 19:36 - 21021 of 23498

Evening Socs, hows lovely old Chelt these days? Pittville Pump rooms still doing sterling service? Is there still such a store as Cavendish House or has that been swallowed up by the bigger boys like Bon Marche at Gloucesater was.
Cav House used to be the equivalent of the Harrods of the Cotswolds if my memory serves me well. Also remember buying clothes at Dunn & Co in the Promenade & another french name shop that nowadays is ladies only I believe, can't remember its name tho'.
Is there still a Chinese Rest almost oppositer Cav House in the Promenade, seem to remember it was upmarket for a Chinky, oh yes and Sarah Siddons which I feel might have been owned by a very bent councillor who represented Chelt until we did him. Charles someone I think.Little boys, that sort of thing + money. Friend of the Oppenheimers, Sally & that lot!!
Memory lane revisited...lol
