Whilst I was out, I obtained some Gloucester Old Spot dry cured streaky bacon, just the odd 10 kg or so. Thus I shall have the grill on most of the day and bacon butties aplenty will be available. The aroma alone makes my mouth water.

Just had some news from a relative about some greenhouses being constructed on the Isle of Thanet, a project called Thanet Earth. I am amazed at the size of them, seven greenhouses, each the size of ten football pitches. I hope they have a good window cleaner, sounds like a Forth Bridge job.
