Think streaming video is totally different to what is involved for downloading games etc
So don't think there is any potential there for Tad although I have not read the article.

Poor old yuff hiding behind his squelcher, dreading to face up to the fact that I have had more experience of company law and board rooms than he has had dozes of mogadon.
The astounding thing is that a bunch of (alleged) adults really think they can get 10% of the shareholding together , call an Emergency(sic) General Meeting, and procede to sack half of the board, I mean what ARE they on?.
Well we all know what poor old yuff is on , prescription stuff, but surely all the cardies can`t be in `Emergency Ward 10 Psychiatric Unit`, although holding TAD for ten years is a fairly good guide to their cerebral state.
Erm, a small ROFLOL!! is occasioned one thinks.

Apologies to the TAD lover on iii, but I could not resist following his satire - in reverse----- it seems however that any mention of a US member of the team on iii
is censored, but hey , any bb that censors the the word ` pussy`, is not healthy
.So it has to be done from memory---

The time is after the" TAD Emergency General Meeting, on a flight to L.A.--time Xmas 2015----
"Say Elmer those guys in cardies were pretty effusive then, AND did you dig the broad with the BIG chin, with the guy in the pearly cap? "
"Yep, I recall my pop saying they threatened an Emergency General back in`05
" What the f--- is an Emergency General then"
"Well it seems they thought it was an old English legal term, and they thought they could sack my pop,and yours and the CEO-, ol` Davie, he`s still there.
"Jeez he must be 80 now"
"Yep, well we all have drawn around $1b from the shareholders since they revolted,
25 cash calls GEM for $10b, and special, bonuses for meeting targets, Hell these cardies are special, people, some say their gran` daddies first bought some shares here three decades back, thank the Lord for the Yuffs of this ol` world, he`s still goin` I hear ,` he topped up`yesterday as those ol` pillox say, from the "Emergency Full Frontal Lobotomy Ward "

IRVINE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- Dec 22, 2005 -- Stream Theory, Inc., a division of Tadpole Technology plc (LSE: TAD), today announced that it has signed a licensing agreement for StreamFlow with UK-based Nexus Entertainment Services Limited. Nexus Entertainment Services will use Stream Theory's technology as the platform on which to distribute PC Games-on-Demand (GoD) for business partners throughout the United Kingdom.
Almost three-quarters of home Internet users in the UK have a broadband connection, according to new data from Nielsen//NetRatings. Games-on-Demand is a broadband-only service that streams games directly to a user's PC. Unlike one-time purchases at retail or through installed downloads, GoD subscriptions provide recurring revenue streams for game publishers and distribution partners. GoD has emerged as a new revenue-generating window of opportunity for a PC game after its brief sell-through period.
"Broadband access is growing in the UK at a blistering speed and forward-thinking companies are seeking value-added revenue-generating services to appeal to their broadband consumers. In coming days we will announce our first major partner for which we will operate a dynamic broadband Games-on-Demand service," said Alun Williams, Managing Director of Nexus Entertainment Services. "Stream Theory's platform and support will help us provide excellent service to our customers and their end users."
As of the second quarter this year, the UK stood sixth in the world in terms of broadband subscribers based on data from Point Topic, and the continued migration of Internet users to high-speed means that the UK will remain locked in with France as the top broadband markets in Europe. eMarketer predicts that the UK will be the largest broadband country in Europe by 2008.
"Nexus Entertainment is working with some of the biggest names in game and entertainment content distribution," said Steig Westerberg, CEO of Stream Theory. "We're proud that they have selected our technology as the backbone of their on-demand distribution network."
About Nexus Entertainment Services
Nexus Entertainment Services Ltd. was founded in February 2004 to provide broadband-centric entertainment services. Initially the company will combine its revolutionary approach to broadband Internet with the market potential of the video game sector to develop and operate an online video gaming service. No update yet on the TIT`s (Tad Investors Topics) web-site then, but obviously the sight of men in tight cardies, has galvanised the US mangement into action.
I bet they trembled at the thought of an "Emergency", with all those zimmers waving aloft, and the damage incontinence can do to a hall is incalculable. No wonder they all kissed and made up.
As I said months back NO EGM-no sorry not even an emergency one,
lololo!!!
OH ,don`t forget the password to gain entry to the EGM is 999
