Bunny, will you be visiting Thanet Earth? They will be growing salad crops in their greenhouses. I'm sure they would be delighted to see you.

I still can't get over a 70 football pitch greenhouse! They reckon they will employ 550 people so I suppose that gives some idea of the scale of it.

Don't expect a buffet yet Bunny, they won't be in production till around December this year. Then they will have capacity to produce about 15% of the UK salad market.

Breakfast is ready. Oh dear, I just can't resist the smell of that bacon.....yum, yum!
