Do Sphere have a BB on any site anyone know, would like to read what their investors have to say?

hewittalan6 - 09 Oct 2006 12:52 - 21060 of 27111

Of course the RNS leaves one major question unanswered;
Who is going to organise the MAM coachtrip to Southampton, so we can all sit at the back and throw empty beer tins at the directors???
;-)

Confidant
These two have not been Directors for that long (Wagner since Nov 05 and Warner earlier this year).
Although they may not be blameless, I think the real dissatisfaction should be with what they inherited.
I think Wagner is actually getting on with things far better and making progress. The next few weeks will confirm or dispel my thoughts. I just hope he is fitted up with a microphone at the EGM!

I believe SPhere (formerly SP metal) is privately owned so no BB likely. It is French.

Wimp, Alan. Sit at the front and throw full ones as usual!

At last the waiting is over. Howard White should really confirm his intentions, albeit hiding behind the trust status of Age of Reason.

Not much point in reading the bulk of it. If we do not fund the company it will go bust. So I guess I'm in - it won't exactly break the bank.

thanks Tony

Tonyrelaxes

I hear what you're saying but if things are set to go so well they should be able to borrow money from friends, family etc and buy now. A 5p share price will then give them plenty to be happy about -- it is not as if there are no shares to be bought!!.

For these guys to get serious returns from a share incentive plan will mean more sizeable dilution going forward. Sounds like pigs at the trough to me

hewittalan6 - 09 Oct 2006 13:04 - 21066 of 27111

Full???? Bloddy amateur. get 'em down you first.

stockdog - 09 Oct 2006 13:12 - 21067 of 27111

OK - but at the front.

kimoldfield - 09 Oct 2006 13:13 - 21068 of 27111

The exclusive agreement between ASDA and Stanelco for Stanelco's GREENSEAL
technology has been extended for another 12 months by verbal agreement as at 10
August 2006. The exclusivity will be waived after the first machine has been
installed in an ASDA packaging supplier's factory. This will then allow Stanelco
to roll out GREENSEAL to non-exclusive ASDA sites.

VERBAL AGREEMENT??.............Something to be brought up at the EGM.

I wish I could go but my shares are Nominee held so I will just have to stay on the bus!

StarFrog - 09 Oct 2006 13:15 - 21069 of 27111

kim - you should be able to go. Contact your holding company who will give you a letter of representation.

kimoldfield - 09 Oct 2006 13:16 - 21070 of 27111

Thanks StarFrog, I'll give it a go.

hewittalan6 - 09 Oct 2006 13:20 - 21072 of 27111

UZET world?? Anyone know who they are???
Alan

Tonyrelaxes - 09 Oct 2006 13:28 - 21073 of 27111

Kim
At the AGM they let Nominee shareholders attend and speak. We all had to sign one of 2 attendance lists "Own name" or "Nominee" without any proof (Letter of representation). Assuming they follow the same for the EGM you will only need the Letter if voting.

kimoldfield - 09 Oct 2006 13:28 - 21074 of 27111

UZET are an Irish bio company Alan. Anything to do with SEO? They are probably better run than SEO! ;o)
kim

hewittalan6 - 09 Oct 2006 13:29 - 21075 of 27111

They are mentioned in the RNS.

kimoldfield - 09 Oct 2006 13:29 - 21076 of 27111

Thanks Tony.

Financing update

Further to recent trading updates on 17 August 2006 and 8 September 2006, the
Board of Stanelco plc wishes to confirm that the Company is in the final stages
of completing a fundraising at 0.8 pence per ordinary share.

Carefully worded statement to imply that funding 'is' been 'completed'.
