How would you like to trade a market where you get large regular price swings every 10 minutes in the afternoon, seven days a week. A
market where all prices are set purely by supply and demand, few transaction costs, no middle men and you only pay commission if you win? Where you can freely act as a market maker and where you have direct market access and where you can create a spread for others to take?
Betfair has revolutionised the betting market and created an open platform for exchanging risk on sports events. This market is now viewed much more like a traditional financial risk market than an old fashioned betting market. Smart users have realised that there are huge opportunities on Betfair because they can buy and sell risk in much the same way they would in a normal financial market but without the burden of cost or the restricted access that is usually associated with traditional financial markets.

I've just got in also a bit later than I wanted. Will monitor the match, have a look at the stats. I suppose the question is whether Juve will score now.

If you look at the to qualify market - this indicates most people still expect juve to get one tonight - 1.9 about liverpool looks a big price to me - huge if they manage to keep a clean sheet

I was about to post that I had laid them when they scored. Is been a volte face in the second half.
First half 12 vs 6 shots in favour of Liverpool.
Now, 13 vs 15. When Juve passed 10 my interest was raised significantly!!

will juve settle for what theyve got or will they sense the chance is there for them tonight - tempted to back the draw but will watch for a few minutes

My gut feel is that Juve will settle for a 1-0 deficit and an away goal.
BTW, Probability of goal after 15 shots = 79%

I did OK on the horses but just happy to end the day up to be honest. Bit late to comment on the footy now but Chelsea are priced to win.

I find I need to modify my style with these big races. The market moves much slower than I am used to!!
Sporting look value for a goal at the moment IMO.
