IRVINE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- Dec 22, 2005 -- Stream Theory, Inc., a division of Tadpole Technology plc (LSE: TAD), today announced that it has signed a licensing agreement for StreamFlow with UK-based Nexus Entertainment Services Limited. Nexus Entertainment Services will use Stream Theory's technology as the platform on which to distribute PC Games-on-Demand (GoD) for business partners throughout the United Kingdom.

Almost three-quarters of home Internet users in the UK have a broadband connection, according to new data from Nielsen//NetRatings. Games-on-Demand is a broadband-only service that streams games directly to a user's PC. Unlike one-time purchases at retail or through installed downloads, GoD subscriptions provide recurring revenue streams for game publishers and distribution partners. GoD has emerged as a new revenue-generating window of opportunity for a PC game after its brief sell-through period.

"Broadband access is growing in the UK at a blistering speed and forward-thinking companies are seeking value-added revenue-generating services to appeal to their broadband consumers. In coming days we will announce our first major partner for which we will operate a dynamic broadband Games-on-Demand service," said Alun Williams, Managing Director of Nexus Entertainment Services. "Stream Theory's platform and support will help us provide excellent service to our customers and their end users."

As of the second quarter this year, the UK stood sixth in the world in terms of broadband subscribers based on data from Point Topic, and the continued migration of Internet users to high-speed means that the UK will remain locked in with France as the top broadband markets in Europe. eMarketer predicts that the UK will be the largest broadband country in Europe by 2008.

"Nexus Entertainment is working with some of the biggest names in game and entertainment content distribution," said Steig Westerberg, CEO of Stream Theory. "We're proud that they have selected our technology as the backbone of their on-demand distribution network."

About Nexus Entertainment Services

Nexus Entertainment Services Ltd. was founded in February 2004 to provide broadband-centric entertainment services. Initially the company will combine its revolutionary approach to broadband Internet with the market potential of the video game sector to develop and operate an online video gaming service. blinger - 22 Dec 2005 18:44 - 2117 of 2262

No update yet on the TIT`s (Tad Investors Topics) web-site then, but obviously the sight of men in tight cardies, has galvanised the US mangement into action.
I bet they trembled at the thought of an "Emergency", with all those zimmers waving aloft, and the damage incontinence can do to a hall is incalculable. No wonder they all kissed and made up.

As I said months back NO EGM-no sorry not even an emergency one,

lololo!!!

OH ,don`t forget the password to gain entry to the EGM is 999

blinger - 23 Dec 2005 15:49 - 2124 of 2262

The 84p buyers/holders must have been over the moon with that 11% increase, unfortunately the mm`s were getting a bit of Xmas cheer in with the 12% spread-lol!!!

Xmas?PAH HUMBUG!!!!!!!!

blinger - 23 Dec 2005 17:54 - 2125 of 2262

Where is the EGM then?, where are the hot-air merchants playing at being being shots?, where is the 75% req`d to bring down the board.
I told you what would happen, fundamentally , nothing, still it`s still the panto. season, "Oh no it isn`t---------".
2006 the year of the discarded Xmas Cardies, what a bunch .

blinger - 03 Jan 2006 10:30 - 2126 of 2262

Still no "Emergency " then?,still I expect yuffer and puffer will soon blow down the
Big Bad Wolves house of straw, they surely produce enough fetid hot air to do so.
Get those cardies on lads, its time for another year of sabre-rattling,

lololol!!!!!!!!!

pachandl - 03 Jan 2006 11:47 - 2127 of 2262

Not a good start to the year. Almost everything up except Tad - and info software companies are tipped to do well this year!

blinger - 03 Jan 2006 12:40 - 2128 of 2262

There is a much simpler way to get control of a company, there are seven grounds for winding up a company [Insolvency Act 1986,s 122(1)].The trick after winding up
is to buy the co. for a pittance from the Receiver/Liquidator.
A petition is presented by members, who must have held shares for 6 months.
Winding up a co. under "Just and Equitable grounds", is one of the seven mentioned above[(s461(2) (c)], there is no minimum shareholding specified, indeed there is a case of a successful winding up on these grounds by a shareholder holding 62 shares.
But naturally yuff and the cardies will have considered this with their huge experience of company management and law.
Down again, better hurry before someone else does the " unwinding"

snappy - 03 Jan 2006 13:53 - 2129 of 2262

Happy new year to all.

Yuff I am sorry to inform you that the break back down through the 50 day MA has now closed the way to the 84p target price and opens the way to a penny a share.

snappy - 03 Jan 2006 13:56 - 2130 of 2262

David Lee 'Travis' isn't losing any sleep!

pachandl - 03 Jan 2006 14:56 - 2131 of 2262

Bah, humbug (sorry, I still think it is Christmas). 84p a share??????? I refuse to sell until it reaches 1.84 a share. 30-1 consolidation anyone????

blinger - 03 Jan 2006 17:58 - 2132 of 2262

lol

yuff will have all eventualities covered , snap, nobody should underestimate the investment genius of a person who has hung on since 84p without selling.

Lord Densil of Cardigan will rally the troops, many may need the use of Emergency Ward 10%, but this is war, so button up the woolies lads, pull up the ` Big-Slipper`,
and get the rest of the 350,000,000 shares into action. The directors are cowering behind sackfulls of $$$, (the Xmas bonus), bags of Gems, and dozens of files spelling out in detail their Golden Goodbyes.
