as you know i am not a shareholder in this company, what i feel is the very importent question that you should try and find out before you decide to invest more money is , the shares that have a FIRM COMMITMENT is there a get out clause i.e if the share price goes below 0.80 can they can withdraw,or regardless of the price they are commited to go ahead.

I would think SEO feel guilty that the share price dropped so much, so they gave holders the chance to average down and recover losses, which I belleve they will.
I do not know the rules for listing in the USA, I just stated it is possible, if they are building production in the states then why not.

Stockdog,
FWIW, the breakdown of major shareholders, according to my online broker.
Stanelco PLC
Major Shareholders
Shares in issue: 996.3m 0.1p Ords
Major Shareholders Amount % Holding
Age of Reason Foundation 217,078,122 23.12
Richards & Appleby Ltd 73,371,681 7.82
Barclayshare Nominees Ltd 60,892,255 6.49
Waterhouse Nominees Ltd 35,969,831 3.83
L R Nominees Ltd 31,507,514 3.36
FMR CORP and Fidelity Int Ltd 29,348,700 3.11
Other Directors Amount % Holding
Philip Albert Lovegrove 4,577,083 0.488
Ian H Balchin 1,640,000 0.175
= Director
As I pointed out the last time I posted this breakdown, it appears that the only major institutional holder is Fidelity. The nominee accounts strike me as being those of PI's, not institutional custody, indicating that there has been a low take-up of SEO stock by investment or pension funds.
WDIK, just conjecture.

jimward...seo will ONLY get shareholders sympathy if they can actually get some ORDERS in the book, cos if not the shareholders are well and truly f****d . Forget about the jam tomorrow as there will not be any bread left to put it on

Robinhood,
Not going to, all I said was "I wonder how many have sold, just to get sufficient cash to buy their alloted number of shares at .8p".
IE sell a certain number when sell price was .9p, use cash to buy alloted number at .8p. OK I appreciate the alloted number would be less, due to any sale (3 for 5 held at record date).

A crossover trade just gone through for plus48m, which at .87p looks very much like someone has an order in for this amount.
It's a hell of an amount even at that price. Yes someone (bet its an institution) is confident.

Who is Age of Reason foundation? If they hold 23% surely this goes against the very escence of their name.
I'm waiting to buy back in at 0.5p! (there is so much rubbish spouted on here that I though I would join in)

Would you try to get cash to build 2 production units if you were not 100% sure of an order. 1 maybe not 2
Each unit can produce 20000tons of starpol per year, quite a big order.
I think will be signed (as soon as starpol 3000 is passed.)

123456 - Halifax are usually quite quick. You would be notified by e-mail to tell you that there was a 'Corporate Action' awaiting instructions from you in your area of their website. This would simply be along the lines of "Do you wish to buy the shares - Yes or No". Any paperwork (doubt that there is any) would be sent in due course.
