Coffee and a hearty breakfast before a late start on site

jeffmack - 22 Dec 2004 08:52 - 21249 of 23498

I know swearing is banned but I feel like shit. Had a night out with the boys in Basildon. Few beers and then the pole dancing club, great fun until this morning.

optomistic - 22 Dec 2004 08:58 - 21250 of 23498

Pole dancing, don't you fall off it.

Fundamentalist - 22 Dec 2004 09:03 - 21251 of 23498

Jeffie

a pole dancing club in basildon - that must be a top class venue lol

Spaceman - 22 Dec 2004 09:10 - 21252 of 23498

Morning from a dull and wet Sevenoaks, had a long evening with neighbours last night, woke up this morning feeling dreadfull, girlfirend says its something to do with the amount of alcohol I consumed ?

jeffmack - 22 Dec 2004 09:13 - 21253 of 23498

Socrates - 22 Dec 2004 09:24 - 21254 of 23498

Good morning all. Socco, who didn't go out abusing his body, is in bright and breezy and feeling like a million pounds. I'm getting psyched up to participate in the Tesco Grand Prix later today.

Another grey morning here in the west, let's hope it brightens up later.

optomistic - 22 Dec 2004 09:32 - 21255 of 23498

Morning Socs. You must be Tescos best customer :-)

Socrates - 22 Dec 2004 09:37 - 21256 of 23498

Opto
No I shouldn't think so, little and often is our motto.

This_is_me - 22 Dec 2004 09:43 - 21257 of 23498

Basildon? I thought that was a kind of writing paper.

Tesco must be about the only retailer worth buying this year judging by the lack of crowds and still well stocked shelves this week so far. The only empty spaces I've seen were in Jessops window so I'm wondering if there are worth buying a few shares of.

Socrates - 22 Dec 2004 09:56 - 21258 of 23498

TIM
Basildon Bond? James' brother?

hilary - 22 Dec 2004 09:58 - 21259 of 23498

No. You're thinking of Brooke Bond, Old Socs.

Socrates - 22 Dec 2004 09:58 - 21260 of 23498

Markets are weird today, odd movements all over the place. I reckon all the dealing bosses are off for their holidays and the office juniors are having a go.

This_is_me - 22 Dec 2004 10:25 - 21261 of 23498

The bosses are all out in the car showrooms moaning about their poor bonuses!

Priscilla - 22 Dec 2004 10:38 - 21262 of 23498

Another lovely sunny day where I am.... The barman is making me a 'kir surprise!' and then off to the most gorgeous spa for an afternoon of pampering.....

Anyone ever tried champagne and malibu before???!

Socrates - 22 Dec 2004 10:44 - 21263 of 23498

Priscilla
Yes, but only as a windscreen washer fluid.
