required field - 14 Jul 2010 13:55

It is now time to switch to a new Money AM football blog as the world cup is now over and we all look to the future.....World cup 2010 is over, Bravo Espana, and Forlan, once again and bring on the new season !.....I never expected the last thread to be such a success...thanks all.... so this new one might go on for years without the need to edit the title...we shall see...

Having been to Thailand many times I have learned to expect the occasional surprise.

goldfinger - 15 Oct 2013 22:35 - 2131 of 6918

LOL.

Dil - 16 Oct 2013 00:49 - 2132 of 6918

Stan - 15 Oct 2013 21:52 - 2127 of 2131

A 2-0 win and another resounding World Cup qualification by the England team... I think you'll agree Dil?

Ucking marvellous Stan cheered you on for all 90 minutes ... World Cup finals wouldn't be the same without the press building you up as winners and then your lot fecking it up from start to finish.

Being we never qualify it's the only thing I got to look foward to ... supporting 31 other teams :-)

Dil - 16 Oct 2013 00:52 - 2133 of 6918

... and if you want anyone to carry your bags M I'm available but I ain't wearing a fecking England shirt :-)

goldfinger - 16 Oct 2013 01:04 - 2134 of 6918

LOL Dil, I take the opposing view, if Wales were to do well in World Cups Id follow them, same with other British Teams.

Ask youself tonight though should POLAND be included in HOME INTERNATIONALS?????

Dil - 16 Oct 2013 01:10 - 2135 of 6918

Lol , got more supporters than Scumsea Town so should be Premier League at least.

goldfinger - 16 Oct 2013 01:23 - 2136 of 6918

No honestly spot on incude Eire and were away.

PS, TEF doing well.

Featured it on chart attack thread...............Could do with you more on there.

Dont have to post charts just ideas.

Want it to become a trading thread.

Cheers mate.

Dil - 16 Oct 2013 08:48 - 2137 of 6918

I tend not to look too close at things in the summer months then I throw a few darts in November and see what happens.

I'd leave Lampard home if I were Hodgson and take a youngster instead as long as Gerrard is fit.

Stan - 16 Oct 2013 08:57 - 2138 of 6918

Back to the "England" success story, Roy has obviously benefited greatly with having played along side me in the past... I therefore claim part of the glory in the magnificent World Cup qualification of our Country -):

Dil - 16 Oct 2013 09:00 - 2139 of 6918

Was Stanley Matthews in your team too ?

Stan - 16 Oct 2013 09:02 - 2140 of 6918

Ah Stanley, yes I remember him... Now there's another story.

Dil - 16 Oct 2013 09:05 - 2141 of 6918

Yeah my grandad used to rave about him :-)

Stan - 16 Oct 2013 09:10 - 2142 of 6918

Now look ere you -): What's the latest on your Caruffers then?... who's coming and going?

ontheturn - 18 Oct 2013 12:52 - 2143 of 6918

Lionel Messi video

Lionel Messi video - out of this world

Stan - 18 Oct 2013 16:57 - 2144 of 6918

P. GD. Pts.
1 Burnley 11 14 26
2 QPR 10 10 26
3 Leicester 11 6 23
4 Nottm F. 11 8 22
5 Watford 11 11 21
6 Blackpool 11 4 20

Still top after nearly 3 weeks now, but the table topping Clarets are unlikely to get much if anything from bogey ground Portman Road tomorrow.

goldfinger - 19 Oct 2013 20:00 - 2145 of 6918

Thank god I didnt go to trafford today. My pals just got back and said they were dire though SHampton played very well.

Under Fergie we would have had them.

No confidence in the team. Im beginning to wonder if Moyes got it wrong bringing in his own team, and never rated Neville as a player never mind a coach.

Chris Carson - 19 Oct 2013 20:06 - 2146 of 6918

Ooops GF, no sympathy I'm afraid. David Moyes football genius, the chosen one :O) Still Fergies team with dithering davies tactics. Eleven years without a trophy, twelve looking odds on.

goldfinger - 19 Oct 2013 20:32 - 2147 of 6918

Looks that way chris mind youve forgotten we have a trophy the charity sheild LOL.

Glad I didnt go up, let a lad whos just lost his dad have my place.

Got to buy in January 2 central midfielders and a centre back, and offload the wingers and evans. Flog Fellani aswel, though dont think hes playing far enough forward.

What was Everton score?, been cleaning up a cellar all day.

Chris Carson - 19 Oct 2013 21:21 - 2148 of 6918

Wouldn't sell Fellaini, on his day he is unplayable, looks like a fish out of water at mo. Going by the report in the Telegraph EFC didn't play that well either today, Hull didn't get any luck and Gareth Barry should have seen Red. They won 2-1 :O)

goldfinger - 19 Oct 2013 21:40 - 2149 of 6918

At least you won. When you pay bad and still win your going the right way imo.
