I'm holding over 1m shares at the mo and will not be taking my allocation for lack of funds! Even if I had funds available I'd probably not take up the offer. I'm fed up with the promises and am happy to sit on the amount I have, knowing that others will make the necessary contributions to keep SEO going.
They already have 12.2m secured of the 11m they really need, so I think that is ample for them to FINALLY come through with the long promised contracts.

How could the JV agreement entitle SEO to manufacture Biotec materials should the capacity of the JV be insufficient and have the exclusive right to manufacture Biotec Materials relating to MAP, but the JV agreement does not explicitly create a licence for SEO to us Biotec's IP?
You can bet that the people who gave "confirmatory legal advice" on the interpretation of the JV agreement are the same guys who wrote it!

might be in , might not be. might be close to a good time to dump and take up your 0.8p shares instead.

Bin finking.
Shares traded today are worthless for the purposes of buying the open offer.. Shares on the book on 1st November, will suddenly represent only 34% of the value they did on the 31st October.
That means that anyone buying in today is paying (eg) 1p for a share that they wouldn't touch a fortnight ago at 0.9p, in the full knowledge that without SP movements it will be worth 0.34p in 3 weeks time, or that the SP has to rise, in effect, by 66% to break even.
Either my maths is stranger than a very strange thing, or I don't understand a word of what I am saying, or people are suddenly very confident.
On reflection I probably haven't got a clue.

Are you Feeling lucky?!!! In since 2001 and staying in,I would say you're quite a big player Tony, I'm small by comparison but will still be quite well off if SEO ever did hit a Quid!! Good luck to all, cheers.

Reckon the forthcoming dilution has already been factored in hence the drop over the past few weeks to current lvls

The dilution has been factored in, that is obvious. How can it not have been when everyone knows about the placing, offer.

garyble, instead of holding all your shares, why not sell the same number as your entitlement then buy them back at 0.8p? you'll still have a million and a bit of cash.
