The factory project in Wales has been shelved. When I last spoke to SEO they said it was still on their list but no longer a priority. (It seems their priority turned out to be to lose as much money as they could in the shortest possible time!!)

Yeah that wall is in for a good wetting, first with champagne as the input into the director's pension scheme and future reward system is celebrated, then with the other stuff as the directors fail to direct and the managers fail to manage again.
Now if they said they were to manufacture Starpol from bullshit, that would be something, since they have created their own mountain thereof. I feel sorry for the engineers and chemists down in the engine room, the good ship SEO having almost run aground, now has to negotiate all those icebergs. Yes thats right, the ones that were supposed to be almost melted months ago, but are still there mostly below the surface. Any one of which could rent a fatal tear in the hull long before the ship sails into paradise harbour.

Call me whatever you like as long as you call me when its teatime!!
I see we've moved from The French Connection to Titanic. Gene Hackman to leonardo Di Caprio in 2 days!! The SP's good looks have done exactly the same, and the directors are still cast as Forrest Gump, even as they script The Colour of Money meets Snatch, with a few scenes from gone in 60 seconds.
If they ever do make a film of all this, lets hope its a Disney one. At least we will get a happy ending.

Sorry oily,
Office unmanned for a total of 2 hours. I ought to be shot at dawn for it. (in truth it was manned - its just me that was out - you have my direct line!!)
The worst is over at SEO, at least till the next gas bill.
My confidence is high, but I think next week will bring some profit taking and a chance, for those with the balls, to trade and lower their average. I'm just gonna sit tight, till I get the prospectus then let a princess sleep on it with a pea underneath it. If she can feel the pea, its a real prospectus.

Alan,
The famous parrot sketch was on this am, SEO perhaps.
So with apologies to all, and a promise I will not continue the frivolity after this, here goes.
( Also should apologies to the liberties taken with alteration of script).
SEO shareholder, 'Ello, I wish to register a complaint.
Company CEO: We're closin' for lunch.
Shareholder: Never mind that, my lad. I wish to complain about this share what I purchased not half an hour ago from this very company.
CEO: Oh yes, the, uh, the share at 30p..What's,uh...What's wrong with it?
Shareholder: I'll tell you what's wrong with it, my lad. 'it's dead, that's what's wrong with it!
CEO: No, no, 'it's uh,...been diluted.
Shareholder: Look, matey, I know a dead share when I see one, and I'm looking at one right now.
CEO: No no its not dead, its, its restin'! Remarkable share idn'it, ay? Beautiful potential!
Shareholder: The potential don't enter into it. It's stone dead.
CEO: Nononono, no, no! 'Its dilution!
Shareholder: All right then, if its dilution', I'll wake it up! (shouting at the share certificate, 'Ello, Mr share certificate! I've got a lovely fresh LOI for you if you
show a contract
Shareholder: (yelling and waving the certificate repeatedly) 'ELLO SHARE CERTIFICATE!!!!! Testing! Testing! Testing! Testing! This is your 2 months alarm call!
(Takes Certificate out of clear starpol3000 covering and thumps it down on the counter. Throws it up in the air and watches it plummet to the floor.)
Shareholder: Now that's what I call a dead share
CEO: No, no.....No, 'its bouncing, like a cat!
Shareholder: Um...now look...now look, mate, I've definitely 'ad enough of this. That share is definitely deceased, and when I purchased it not 'alf an hour
ago, you assured me that its total lack of movement was due to it bein' tired and shagged out following a prolonged period of shorting.
CEO: Well, its...its, ah...probably pining for the contracts.
Shareholder: PININ' for the Contracts?!?!?!? What kind of talk is that?, look, why did it fall flat on his back the moment I got 'it home?
CEO, It will Voom straight up when the first 2 machines are installed.
Shareholder: "VOOM"?!? Mate, this share wouldn't "voom" if you put four million volts through it! 'E's bleedin' demised!
CEO: No no! 'its pining!
Shareholder: 'Its not pinin'! 'Its passed on! This share is no more! It has ceased to be! 'Its expired and gone to meet 'itsmaker! 'Its a stiff! Bereft of life, 'it
rests in peace! 'its kicked the bucket, 'Its shuffled off 'its mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile!! THIS IS AN EX-Share!
My last bit on the film scenario, lets hope it's not Armageddon. Nuf said.

I haven't found mention of the LOIs in the Prospectus which I have not had time to read properly yet, but in the RNS issued on Monday 9th, under "Use of Proceeds" section, they mention that some of the funds will be used to build at least two manufacturing facilities in the USA.
They would not talking of building such plants if they did not possess the LOIs which I think was used to convince those organisations who have guaranteed the 11m so far that there was indeed some prospect of Stanelco being cash flow positive in the near future.
Hopefully I shall have time tomorrow to read the Prospectus more carefully if I don't suffer too much from the after effects of a 40th birthday celebration this evening.

I never realised how young you all appear to be on this thread,Alan Hwewitt 40 just afew weeks ago,now oilywag 40 today,(congrats by the way).
By the time you reach my age you will have forgotten all about Stanelco, either because time is a great healer and you will have forgotten about the loss you will have experienced or you will be in the Cayman Islands resident in the Stanelco Plaza with many of our friends on this bb,all absolutely stinking rich, and
hopefully caring for the elder SEO shareholder residents, me!!
I sincerely hope I meet you all one day,at the plaza of course,Grand Cayman is a fine place,I have visited on several occasions, but that is another story and was from the proceeds of past deals,I may not be travelling far on the back of this deal but still feel very positive about our prospects.Happy birthday to all SEO holders!!!!good luck and cheers.
