MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

dil can see but unfortunately cant read

scotinvestor - 22 Aug 2008 10:26 - 2144 of 8631

err, banks revenues aint increasing......and their sp has been rising a lot recently....some oilies increasing prod/rev/profit but sp goes down.....its a funny old market.

Dil - 22 Aug 2008 10:28 - 2145 of 8631

its about profit not revenue scotty ... and not pro forma profits

Big Al - 22 Aug 2008 10:30 - 2146 of 8631

Get a grip Tabatha. Why on earth would I try to provoke such a remark? I thought even you would draw the line at supporting such things. Obviously not.

scotinvestor - 22 Aug 2008 10:30 - 2147 of 8631

thats why i said several times that it will be end 2009 to see real benefits.

Big Al - 22 Aug 2008 10:31 - 2148 of 8631

I like labouring. ;-))))))))))

Nice try to get a feeling for what I really do.

Big Al - 22 Aug 2008 10:32 - 2149 of 8631

Scottie boy. A few years back it was 2005 when we'd see the real benefits. Still waiting.

scotinvestor - 22 Aug 2008 10:36 - 2150 of 8631

its likely that got reasonable profit now.....revenues r certainly rocketing........and fundamentals in general r there now unlike years ago.....i think it was 6 million in losses when it was 160p.....now we r talking of profits and its 30p with biggest growth ever.....it just doesnt make sense

also biotech industry can take many years for it to come to fruition......it can be frustrating but hopefully rewarding in long run

Big Al - 22 Aug 2008 10:37 - 2151 of 8631

It all makes perfect sense if you take the rose-tinted specs off.

The market is never wrong. ;-)))

Big Al - 22 Aug 2008 10:38 - 2152 of 8631

"many years " - 5 so far for this lot.

tabasco - 22 Aug 2008 10:38 - 2153 of 8631

AlDilplease answer this question with thought and honestywhy do you post on the MDX site?

Big Al - 22 Aug 2008 10:42 - 2154 of 8631

1. I'm a bear of the company. As such it's my duty to put the other side of the story.
2. MDX attracts the most deluded of individual investors, and for some bizarre reason always has. Given the vitriol to which all bears are subject it's almost mypnotic to revisit tima and again.

Can't say more than that really

scotinvestor - 22 Aug 2008 10:44 - 2155 of 8631

i read an article recently on biotech / pharma......it stated that it takes up to 10 years to test, get things approved, market, sales etc before company sees benefits.....and it was referring to gsk etc too...

i think mdx has done quite a bit in last 3 years and is ahead of what many would expect......as i say next 18 months and i fully expect big increase.

not sure what your prev post was meaning as i stated that it was 160p when fundamentals were poor but now that its solid, its 30p.....not sure what that has with tinted specs

ptholden - 22 Aug 2008 10:45 - 2156 of 8631

I'm with Al on this one. This thread has been quite amusing at times and is fairly typical in that there are Bears and Bulls arguing their particualr cases, without which there wouldn't be a market at all. The 'contributions' (a very loose term in this context) by scotinvestor are quite frankly disgraceful and how anyone can support or encourage (Tabasco) such comments is beyond me. I have studied the Piper Alpha disaster from a Crisis Management perspective and know only too well the horrific deaths that many of the victims met. To use this tragadey as a lever to try and score points off another poster sickens me to my core. The sooner MAM ban this tosser on a permanent basis rather than temporarily the better.

Big Al - 22 Aug 2008 10:46 - 2157 of 8631

Not 18 months then, probably another 5 years. Why waste your time and money.

Oh sorry, you've done that already. ;-)))

scotinvestor - 22 Aug 2008 10:47 - 2158 of 8631

but u dont put any other side of story al...........all u do is laugh at sp which is easy right now in last few months since its big drop......or u maybe say it had potential for last few years and never lived up......but thats it!
you dont post anything about company saying this will be bad for company

Big Al - 22 Aug 2008 10:50 - 2159 of 8631

pth - it does fit perfectly with the outrageously racist, bigoted comments scotinvestor comes up with on a frequent and regular basis. If I was "ethnic" as it were, and there are many on here, I'd be making a huge complaint.

I think it's very unfortunate that other posters on this thread accept it. Yes, I am talking of you, tabasco.

scotinvestor - 22 Aug 2008 10:53 - 2160 of 8631

as ever, al doesnt post anything of note to my last post

Big Al - 22 Aug 2008 10:54 - 2161 of 8631

Scottie boy - The RNS of a few weeks ago, which shouted about revenues - I immediately questioned where the important things like profit were coming from. They persistently post half the story. Did you see any mention of costs, etc, etc?

No ............. exactly. They've done it time and again and have raised the expectations of far too many naive private investors who are sitting on losses, some of whom have done so for several years hoping they might eventually break even.

Someone needs to let them know why they are sitting on these losses and not just have to listen to some bigot leading them up the garden path.
