i hate it when people do that. ssanebs, what did you want to say?
driver, eric will probably start a new cfd with it.:)

EWRobson - 16 Mar 2005 23:40 - 2147 of 27111

Thanks, driver! One year only, I see: typical; but there's a political thread so I won't be tempted further. The key factor tonight was Newcassel's 4-0 win including a brace for Shearer and a sublime backheel from Dyer. Eight in a row makes it appropriate to mention the lads alongside SEO. You're right, I was a Jackie Milborn fan.

The key factor from TFC's input was the discussion about a possible rights issue or placing. It seems to me that this is the key reason for an ordered development. They have raised 4m presumably to cope with the volume generated by Reiser, ASDA and other business. Hopefully, that will do. What do our packaging experts feel?

morning. if i have read things correctly , then we go back to court tomorrow to see what kind of claim bprg have submitted. i think this may be the reason why there have been such sells this week. maybe people remember what happened last time and the price drop that occured. i think things are different this time round. seo are in a much stronger position, are no longer relying as heavily on ingel ,and have fantastic news just around the corner. it doesnt make sense to panic and sell. what mr. freeborn says in the original artricle from last august could be applied now

"The impending BioProgress verdict may be factor, along with the malaise affecting anything tech-related. Even if Stanelco loses, any weakness should present a further buying opportunity."

evening. has everyone gone on holiday?

driver - 17 Mar 2005 19:06 - 2150 of 27111

bos
yer me at home.

bosley - 17 Mar 2005 19:11 - 2151 of 27111

ooo thank god for that!!! i was getting all paranoid. looks like another big yawn today.

stockdog - 17 Mar 2005 19:15 - 2152 of 27111

Evening, bos - too dull to talk about it. It's been dull all day everywhere (apart from Goldfinger and Dil's ding dong on NML thread which was also kind of dull too). So I topped up a couple of depressed stocks just for something to do. But had to spend most of the day working.

Dynamite - 17 Mar 2005 19:19 - 2153 of 27111

SD are you going crazy...there has ben no posts on NML since Tuesday or was it on the other side??

bosley - 17 Mar 2005 19:20 - 2154 of 27111

evening sd. i kind of got that impression from drivers comment. you could almost see him stretch and hear him yawn as he typed it. anyone got any good jokes?

stockdog - 17 Mar 2005 19:28 - 2155 of 27111

Yes, Di, but not so much crazy as can't keep my eyes open - I meant of course NTL (ed: sorry I mean NLR - get it confused with Nutella - what a spread that has!) (still waiting for it to fall below 475p so I can join in th efun lol :)))

Driver? did he comment - must have nodded off again.

I feel another downish day coming on tomorrow looking at the closing makr down of bid prices. Sit tight, earn some more dosh to invest at a good price.

Ramble, ramble . . .

driver - 17 Mar 2005 19:40 - 2156 of 27111

I was a bit yawnish all the late nights I have just become a Granddad for the first time and yes it does make you feel old I suggested they call it Stan but there wasnt having any of that and for the girls it was a 9LB er.

stockdog - 17 Mar 2005 19:42 - 2157 of 27111

Yes but what colour Driver - you can't call it "it" for ever. We dogs like to know these tings too.

Congratulations!

AdieH - 17 Mar 2005 19:55 - 2158 of 27111

Back in this share, the gambling shares are too dangerous, put money back into PDX & SEO they seem much more stable... Anyway SEO seem to have stabilised, any views on the court case, thought we might have heard something by now...

driver - 17 Mar 2005 20:20 - 2159 of 27111

sd
I think they said he came out blue then went pink had 1 hour on the milk then slept for the rest of the day, he is called Harvey.

EWRobson - 17 Mar 2005 21:18 - 2160 of 27111

Not Joe Harvey by any chance. Wing half and captain in Jackie Milborn's time. great team. Remember them hammering Spurs 7-1 with Jackie scoring a hat-trick.
Wot! The deep breathing has turned to snores!

Re cc, SEO would have been seeking right to appeal; doesn't seem a clearcut case. I suspect B**G have far more to lose than SEO for whom it is now a peripheral issue. 3.6m of trade movements late on which could mean fund buying. Price held up well again despite adverse trading. Just over 3 weeks to go so hold tight lads and lasses; the key question is 'have you got a strong enough position?'.

bosley - 17 Mar 2005 21:42 - 2161 of 27111

bosley - 18 Mar 2005 07:19 - 2162 of 27111

morning.

Poverty - 18 Mar 2005 09:02 - 2163 of 27111

Indeed it is! ULT are on the move this morning! - and it could be an important day for SEO...

tipton11 - 18 Mar 2005 10:06 - 2164 of 27111

why don't seo use the magic words "settle out of court" it surely would save a lot of time in the long run.

stockdog - 18 Mar 2005 10:51 - 2165 of 27111

agree tipton11 - shared royalties on the Ingel product seems a quicker way forward at lower cost than posturing in court which is always a lottery.
