Tom H daily market thoughts is pointing out that Euro against dollar has rallied 61.8% to 1.3315 since Oct 2000 lows. There is not a lot of EUR/USD history to go on but support should kick in soon.

He's just been on Bloomers saying 1.945 is strong resistance, but then the slide of the dollar will continue. So $2/ and $500 Gold sometime next year.

I was obviously far too early for shorting yesterday but gradually getting a good few points back today. Will have to get into the groove of this one - when it moves there are no prisoners taken !!

I've got a gold long on but on the day chart there's a bearish engulfing candle. Looks decidedly dodgy to me.

No panic T, I'd say you've got another half an hour or so yet. USD looks a long against all the Europeans, imo.

Entered 1 position at 210 short.. I usually enter a second as it goes higher but went straght down today which is not a good sign.. Waiting for 220 but I think this may be a quick short trade for only a few pips... Maybe I can get to B/E for non farm....
