If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Martini,
Do not despair, I am listening - JT will be looking into this as part of a general review of the BB's.

It's also that the EPIC field on threads should always be forced to upper-case on input. No sense in allowing both MKS and mks as EPIC. I made this comment at the very beginning but they ignored me :-)

it would be nice to click on the `last trade`, in Stockwatch, and be taken straight to the trades list as `others` do ,or am I missing a short cut?

Sequestor,
If you click on the T icon towards the right hand side of the screen, it will take you to the trades screen.

Robb,
Due to issues with the data we had to remove the S&P feed. We may be able to re instate this in the near future, but I will keep you posted.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

Ian - any news about the change of the sector names as mentioned earlier. It just wastes real-estate with the new prefix of "UK FTSE 350 ...."

I thought I could select a stock on the watch list and that would take me to the quote, does not seem to work, nor does the chart or any other of the options.

kandrews,
Do you have any kind of personal firewall installed on your pc, such as Norton or Zonealarm? If so it may be this that is causing it.

Brian,
Sorry for the delay on this one - I have just got off the phone from our data suppliers and they have confirmed that they did indeed make changes to the way that the name is displayed with regard to the sectors. They all now have a prefix of UK FTSE 350 and then the sector name.
As this is a change at their end, I unfortunately, cannot change it back as it were. Therefore you will need to resize your terminal window to view the page correctly.
Many apologies that I cannot be of more help on this occassion.
However, we are in the process of changing supplier, which may solve the issue in the near future.
