Another hot tip ..... SEO!

Guaranteed to give you a financial colonic irrigation if you try day trading.

The oily one

tweenie - 17 Oct 2006 17:40 - 21574 of 27111

Get in ACAR...... pissing down with rain in Manchester.
Honestly hot tip for staying dry.

moneyplus - 17 Oct 2006 17:52 - 21575 of 27111

Well I got caught out today-stupid or what!! Selftrade posted my entitlement with a trading tick beside it but no other correspondence to explain what action to take. I intended to take it up so I clicked on the tick-up came this deal has to be done through a dealer just click OK-did this and up came the usual buying boxes-I'm sure you can guess the rest-I've now bought in the market!! I hope this all pays off. I rang ST to explain my mistake but it didn't register, they played as dumb as I am!!

Tonyrelaxes - 17 Oct 2006 18:12 - 21576 of 27111

moneyplus
Nothing wrong in buying more. I would if I could.
From what I know, hear and even sence you should not regret your inadvert top-up.
I hope you are taking up your entitlement at 0.8p as well as those you bought today.
Exciting three or four weeks ahead!!

Fred1new - 17 Oct 2006 18:18 - 21577 of 27111

Tony, it is the excitement which worries me!! $-)

Tonyrelaxes - 17 Oct 2006 18:19 - 21578 of 27111

French stake (not steak!) increased to nearly 6 % - their second RNS notification today.

See last line of my last post!

markusantonius - 17 Oct 2006 19:54 - 21580 of 27111

Cannot believe how any of you long term holders are still in here - "falling knife...!" et al... I learned the hard way. :o(

oblomov - 17 Oct 2006 20:11 - 21581 of 27111

Where would we all go if we didn't come here, markus? Not the cheapest asylum in the world at around 50,000 but its the only one that'd have most of us!

jaguar121 - 17 Oct 2006 20:28 - 21582 of 27111

Walmart to buy 100 hypermarkets in China.

halfamil - 17 Oct 2006 21:51 - 21583 of 27111

it's because we're long term holders!

hewittalan6 - 17 Oct 2006 21:53 - 21584 of 27111

Its because we have exhaustively researched the subject.

markusantonius - 17 Oct 2006 22:17 - 21586 of 27111

OK, wish you all well, guys, genuinely I do. But you must admit that it's gradually edging towards "sub-penny-share status" in the very near future? How the last institution could be suckered into investing is beyond me - there again, they paid a lot less than I did, even so! :o(

Tonyrelaxes - 17 Oct 2006 22:30 - 21587 of 27111

Last August I, and others, researched as much as we could and reached the conclusion SEO was not only going to succeed but in spectacular style.

I remain just as convinced as then.

The institutions would have been shown some pretty convincing evidence of certain prospects - particularly knowing the track record and history of the management.

They must be just as convinced to have put up 11million.

Others are increasing their stakes. 4 RNS in recent days about this, including two today about Calyon, now with nearly 6%.

Exciting times....

ths - 17 Oct 2006 23:58 - 21588 of 27111

A perfect storm . I think ..... Some things just happen ....

hewittalan6 - 18 Oct 2006 07:27 - 21589 of 27111

Markus,
Around that August, I was told by someone who really should know, that Greenseal was a side issue. Exciting though it was, the biggest player was very keen to use enormous quantities of Starpol.
The position as I understand it is now no different. Greenseal will roll out, but Starpol will be on its way to tonnages that are frighteningly big by spring of 2007. The sp reached 28p on the Asda GS contract news. Imagine what it is capable of if GS finally rolls out and almost every GS machine, here and worldwide, is running on Starpol.
That is the potential. That is why this will blow.

oblomov - 18 Oct 2006 07:56 - 21590 of 27111

I was starting to feel upbeat again until Markus's post!

Markus, are you up to date on everything SEO, have you read the prospectus? If so I'd appreciate your detailed thoughts. We've already been sub-zero and are just climbing again, so I think maybe your opinion is not based on the latest, though you do mention the institutional investments.

Alan, speaking of Greenseal - what became of your imaginery friend's info that Greenseal would be in the stores in early September? Did that happen, do you know?

If not there would appear to have been further problems. Please give me good news - I dont want to have wear that strait jacket again!

hewittalan6 - 18 Oct 2006 08:10 - 21591 of 27111

No Idea, Oblo, other than mid September was to be the start. I no longer see him as the cricket season is over, but what he could not (or would not) specify was the extent of this first use. It may well have gone in stores none of us have been in, but the prospectus does say 4(?) greenseal machines working in Asda suppliers. That is small scale stuff and may only be doing mushrooms to the Isle of White for all I know!!
Remember he did say that Asda were very excited by Starpol, more so than GS, and recent research leads me to believe that this is the case. Look on Greenseal as something to get Starpol to the shelves rather than an end in itself, and I don't think there is anything like the capacity available for the demand. Yet.
Alan

oblomov - 18 Oct 2006 08:14 - 21592 of 27111

Thanks Alan. They've left one arm free for now!

You mention mushrooms - is that SEOspeak for investors, by any chance?
