Hope you all had a great xmas - ours has been a bit poor as we have both had the flu.

JJ - sounds great - ill have all of it except the tea - a nice hearty start to the day before i head to the house for more demolition

This place seems to have been busy over Christmas!

I'm just lurking until somebody declares the mulled wine is ready for consumption! Hope you had a Hoppingly good Christmas, Bunny. The thought of having to go through it all again for New Year fills me with gloom.

Just taken a profit on BRE of 9k as I reckoned it's never wrong to take a profit and there was a risk it could have payouts after the tsunami. Maybe nothing like if a hurricane hit a major financial capital where businesses all have insurance, but better safe than sorry on this one.
