Braemore Resources Uses Cutting Edge Technology (BRR)

cynic - 18 Nov 2007 12:06 - 216 of 810

thanks .... but if Atomaer sold or licenced the process to BRR, there would seem to be no reason why they would stand in the way of a bid at the right price .... it's not like a family holding - e.g. sainsbury

by the way, i do not remotely intend to imply that BRR is or even could be a target

niceonecyril - 18 Nov 2007 13:10 - 217 of 810

Agree, if the price is right. Which since the confirmation of the technology will
be a lot lot higher due to the results(outstanding) which gave almost "pure nickel".
I believe that they held on to such a large holding, tells its own story?

The third paragragh shows just how spectacular this process is.

Morning all..

niceonecyril - 19 Nov 2007 09:31 - 219 of 810

Good morning; Just a brief addition to my previous post, explaining what these
latest results could mean? At present BRR have an agreement with BHP to buy(for a song)and process the tailing mountain with a guarantee of buy back of the nickle
sulphide at 65% of LME,now BHP would have to process it(with a JVP).From a
broker report BRR could get 100% of LME prices and pay BHP a royalty(5%?),no
sharing with the JV for BHP or bother, both BRR and BHP come out winners.
At present BH is back in AU. probably discussing this very idea. This is imo why
the market has suddenly woken up to what BRR are about?

ps and of course theirs PGM's from SA.

mitzy - 19 Nov 2007 09:36 - 220 of 810

Reckon thats the game cyril after all what could BHP lose on the deal 5% for doing nothing seems a great deal to me..

Toya - 19 Nov 2007 09:36 - 221 of 810

I'm just sitting back on this one and watching my money grow. It's a bit like a good wine that needs to be left to mature for some time.

Other shares give me far more concern, and I jump in and out of some - but not BRR!

mitzy - 19 Nov 2007 09:51 - 222 of 810

Just say No to Northern Rock thats my philosophy..

oilyrag - 19 Nov 2007 10:16 - 224 of 810

The reason behind the re-negotiation between BHP and BRR is that the original one was for the supply of nickle sulphide. Now we are talking pure nickle. This has to be good for all of us.

niceonecyril - 19 Nov 2007 10:23 - 225 of 810

oilyrag; agree,its what i suggested.

don't forget they can also extract platinum and I believe some of the plat miners are in talks with them such as lonmin. wouldn't be surprised to see further deals soon.

teddybear5 - 19 Nov 2007 12:25 - 227 of 810

teddybear5 - 19 Nov 2007 12:54 - 229 of 810

thanks cynic

oilyrag - 19 Nov 2007 13:55 - 230 of 810

Teddybear5, If that was your trade showing at 10.11 then there shouldn't have been any reason for the delay, as it was within the normal market size.

teddybear5 - 19 Nov 2007 23:45 - 231 of 810

it was my trade dont know why the delay it cost me another 1p a share when i put the order in it was 22.5p to buy cost 23.5p

niceonecyril - 20 Nov 2007 10:39 - 232 of 810

Buying opportunity coming up, bid at 21p.

mitzy - 20 Nov 2007 13:25 - 233 of 810

Incredible 21p bid..

explosive - 20 Nov 2007 22:03 - 234 of 810

RSI falling and looking for support, should find at 21 - 22p funnily TB's limit buy. Now will there be another push, or, for the price, does the market require news. Progress report would be nice even if only to confirm schedule..

Toya - 21 Nov 2007 19:01 - 235 of 810

Ended up below the 20p mark: 19.0-19.25. Will have to sit tight and await glad tidings.
