Interesting post on the other other side...BPRG Advfn

'Pls do not shoot the messenger, but I am reliably informed that today's hearing ended at 12.30pm with an 'on-points' victory to SEO. The case has been effectively kicked into touch on an obscure point of patent law and so both sides were given leave to appeal, which implies months of arguing to come. Baldwin acknowledged that SEO were going for every trick in the book and it seems at one point as though Miller wanted to take the case through each Country's patent system, one by one. Reduced costs of today's hearing were awarded to SEO. All we can wait for is an RNS (probably from SEO, LOL) to give some sort of understanding to what actually happened this morning.'
Hope it is true:-0

Di
Seems as though it might be true with the sharp increase in sp.

Dynamite - 18 Mar 2005 14:26 - 2176 of 27111

Well BPRG is going down and SEO up big time

aldwickk - 18 Mar 2005 15:38 - 2177 of 27111

Like to know what T F C, as to say.

g64946 - 18 Mar 2005 15:45 - 2178 of 27111

SEO is sure on the way up

driver - 18 Mar 2005 15:53 - 2179 of 27111

I'm getting giddy watching this; I'm going to put the kettle on.

driver: white with 1 sugar please :-)

It will be interesting to see next week how the sp pans out. Will there be alot of profit taking or can people now invest in a company where the sky is definately the limit.

driver - 18 Mar 2005 16:07 - 2181 of 27111

accord
Upward and onward from here I would think if this mornings rumor was correct, the cc settlement will come in long after any deal done with Asda or any one else.
Sugar is bad for you.

Hi everyone, I'm still here ...and will be for at least the next couple of years if everything goes to plan. And although I don't post often I do try to keep up with everything on this board. I might be a little thick but why is the price going up so much when sells massively outnumber buys by over 2:1 on very high turnover?

All

I had not noticed before but it's quite difficult to drink tea with a big smile on your face..... ;}

Good luck to you all

Regards Ruthie

g64946 - 18 Mar 2005 16:11 - 2184 of 27111

There appeared to be a 5m sale at 12.03 today - not sure by the sp if it was really a sell - if it was really a buy then this would change the ratio chelsea?

driver - 18 Mar 2005 16:12 - 2185 of 27111

Chelsea1957
You can't be thick, you wouldn't be in seo.

aldwickk - 18 Mar 2005 16:13 - 2186 of 27111

Bid down 0.25p

ssanebs - 18 Mar 2005 16:14 - 2187 of 27111

SEO awarded 95% costs victory and decision held and leave to appeal. Things just get better for seo...

Chelsea1957 - 18 Mar 2005 16:20 - 2188 of 27111

Thanks for that Driver - I'm glad I got in first at the 10p level and topped up a few times so that I'm now averaging just below 15p. Which 6-12 months down the road will be down on the "flat piece" looking down from on high!
Not as clever as you folks who have been here for ages, but still a lot cheaper than those who will be geting in when "the real story" becomes generally known!!!

panic - 18 Mar 2005 16:34 - 2189 of 27111

Ruthie: Lets hope in a year you can try it with Bolly!

has rns appeared yet?, im looking but not finding, thought one of them would have released by now if it finished at 12:30

mickeyskint - 18 Mar 2005 16:59 - 2190 of 27111

Can anyone give me an idea where these will be in 6/12 months. A realistic guess would help and may influence me holding long term.

Have a good weekend.
