Thanks for the help with the ground floor translation. You're nearly right ....... it's actually an aparthotel.

I'm still none the wiser regarding the diamond lift though. I've actually booked it now, so I'll be able to report back after Easter and tell you exactly what it means. I bet you can't wait.
