Must all be soft down at Anfield. Try holding up a banner down the New Den and block someones view. You might be asked politely to take it down again.

Nothing to do with the seats at the Bridge, Dazzler. I was in a car accident 9 years ago which caused a disc to bulge out of line. I've had a lamenectomy on it, steroid epidurals for pain relief and the only thing which keeps the pain at bay is regular exercise. I now swim 2 miles a day, workout for 30 minutes and do 20 minutes Pilates each day just to keep my back moving freely.

With all that exercise, you'd think that I'd be super lithe, but I still struggle with my weight because I like a glass of wine or six in the evenings.
