Nothing to do with the seats at the Bridge, Dazzler. I was in a car accident 9 years ago which caused a disc to bulge out of line. I've had a lamenectomy on it, steroid epidurals for pain relief and the only thing which keeps the pain at bay is regular exercise. I now swim 2 miles a day, workout for 30 minutes and do 20 minutes Pilates each day just to keep my back moving freely.

With all that exercise, you'd think that I'd be super lithe, but I still struggle with my weight because I like a glass of wine or six in the evenings.

I have a few bits up for sale. Sold my Draytek wireless router/modem for 72 and bought the new Netgear 108mbps for 100. Got some fishing bits for sale.
