SEO remains a speculative buy on HL's Penny Share Prophet.

Think I will pass

Bhunt 1910, if Aof R sell 130m and then take up their allocation of 130m maybe they don't have to notify the market as there holding remains the same?

Tonyrelaxes - 29 Oct 2006 23:16 - 21922 of 27111

Outside of this speculation of fridays deals (which I do not understand your drift) AoR could well have been one of the favoured '"Institutions and other investors'" that paid 11 million (or more) to T&G well in advance of the RNS announcing the fundraising.

If AoR are short of funds or borrowing powers, I can possibly understand them looking to make a gain (0.08p to 1.?p already) but they have had a totally static holders for some years so would not seem interested in short term trading/gains. I do see the prblem iof taking up their entitlements if they have no cash. And a quick buck is always appealing.

However HW/AoR would know exactly what the Institutions knew - probably more, hopefully a lot more, which might preclude them geting involved in the first place.

Home tmorrow pm., to my papers and calculator, when I hope to pick up on things a little better.

November 1st approaches which I think, for other reasons, could prove very interesting.

!

Morning all - I wonder what is in store for us today (apart from great wads of money being taken from our accounts to pay for the new shares!!)

hewittalan6 - 30 Oct 2006 07:20 - 21924 of 27111

Morning Baza.
At least it keeps life interesting, otherwise we would be left with boring stuff, like making money.

Still hoping for massive OT's and LT's to prove a point re the massive neg volume on Fri and the small dip in the sp. If they don't occur I will be at a loss to understand Fridays sp movement.

bhunt1910 - 30 Oct 2006 07:35 - 21926 of 27111

have you seen BPRG announcement today - looking good for them - we could do with a bit of the same over here.

Looks like they are through the worst and are starting to deliver their potential.

sorry o/t

bhunt1910 - 30 Oct 2006 08:08 - 21927 of 27111

All this high profile green news should start to percolate its way through to companies like SEO - just a matter of time methinks

bhunt1910 - 30 Oct 2006 08:12 - 21928 of 27111

Just noticed that all my new seo shares have been credited to my account. Cant deal yet - but they are there.

hewittalan6 - 30 Oct 2006 08:15 - 21929 of 27111

bhunt1910 - 30 Oct 2006 08:25 - 21930 of 27111

They haven't taken the money yet - expect that will happen tonighta

bhunt1910 - 30 Oct 2006 09:01 - 21931 of 27111

Forgive my niaivity - but am watching level 2 - and311 shares keeps appearing on the bid - at just below the current price @ 1.16. It is up for 10 seconds - then drops off for 20 seconds - then comes back again.

This has happened about 10 times this morning.

Is this a signal

Am I imagininh things

Am I going mad.

Can any one throw any light on this - thanks

Mega Bucks - 30 Oct 2006 09:58 - 21932 of 27111

bhunt,re:the 311 on level 2,someone has set up a selling bot to sell a large amount of shares, the computer goes onto auto pilot selling them in small amount as not to spook the market, its just a way to off load them,or if you want to buy a load of stock you can do it the other way around,if you wanted to say buy 50million you would move the price up,but the computer would keep buying the same amount in small amounts and not move the price.

Hope that makes sense.

Rick...

Not sure which one it was , but one of the Sunday papers done an article on pollution and we have only 10 yyears to save the planet from permanent damage, you would think governments would be supporting this technology of Stanelco's.

bhunt1910 - 30 Oct 2006 10:32 - 21935 of 27111

Thanks Rick - whats a bot?

Mega Bucks - 30 Oct 2006 10:44 - 21936 of 27111

Its short for a robotic order, instead of someone hitting either the buy or sell button all the time for a large order, you programme a computer to do it in small lots,a computer never gets tired, its a very common practice robotic orders,i think there is a thread about on MoneyAM.

Mega Bucks - 30 Oct 2006 10:54 - 21937 of 27111

bhunt, here is the link for Robotic orders or BOTS.
