Just thinking about the logistics of next few days.

Assuming (big assumption) that everything gets the go ahead next Monday - then the new shares will be available for trading on the Tuesday.

If the shares are still above 0.8p - there must be a huge temptation in the absence of news to trade some of the 1bn+ shares and take an instant profit. This would surely force the sp down below the subscription price

So there must be some logic to making an announcement either this week (cos they will by now know the elevel of support) or at the EGM or at the start of trading on Tuesday.

Just a thought - u can tell I am bored

Am I right that you pay no dealing charges when using direct access to Level2 SETS - just the stamp duty on purchases?

This also must help SEO bed time reading.

Where is everyone?

kimoldfield - 31 Oct 2006 00:47 - 21945 of 27111

The PackExpo food packaging and processing exhibition is taking place in Chicago now.

Today NatureWorks president and chief executive Dennis McGrew will talk about the growing bio-resin market.

Tomorrow's presenters are Wal-Mart's Amy Zettlemoyer, director of packaging for the Sam's Club brand, and Matt Kistler vice president of package and product innovations, who will present the company's strategy going forward. In this keynote presentation, they will provide insights into some of company's packaging innovations and how they relate to consumer and environmental trends.

This will be the first time that Wal-Mart release FULL details of it's new packaging reduction initiative; I shouldn't think that Stanelco will get a specific mention but I am sure that their products will.

Kim,

Just to confirm.

SEO are not exhibiting, perhaps they have enough ongoing at the moment. But as you say, a representative re any queries would be a good idea.

About 50 to the now. Your one will buy you about one and a half SEO shares. Sadly you will be too late to take up the offer on them for a further .9 of a share - that is, if you have the funds ;-)

That should give them an extra 45,246,873 shares after or 262,324,995 total, and bring their ave down.

now we know who sold the 85m but who sold the 45m just after.
