Sorry guys, but next week is a no no for me.
Firstly I'm a good northern lad, so you wouldn't find me in London (the beers crap) and secondly I am (hopefully) moving house next week to a new council pyramid.
Best wishes to all, and those I owe a beer to, send me the bill.

Tony,
The AoR trade of 85,000,000 is recorded at 1.0p therefore only 850k raised of the 1.04m needed. So either AoR has some spare cash lying around or they have or will sell a few more.
The 45m trade was most likely R&A.

As Iam new to the world of investing in shares, could anyone please explain to me why the SEO share price has actually risen today even though (if i have read it right) selling of shares has vastly outnumbered buying??

The 85,000,000 is not recorded at 1p per share. When the 1p is mentioned, its the nominal price not the price dealt, as someone has already pointed out.
Sale of 85,000,000 ordinary shares of ( note not at) 0.1 pence each in the Company. Easy mistake to make.
Alchemy,
It may be due to the MM's making a market, ie price in general goes up to entice punters to sell, or maybe orders to fill in the background, or a bit of both.

Thx Greekman.
Does anyone have any thoughts on where SEO's shareprice will be after Monday if the refinance goes through without any problems? would it follow that if all is well the shareprice rockets with investers clamering to buy or would it be more of a sedate return to previous levels?

Alchemy.
No one can answer that honestly. It could do just about anything, though I think, from my research, a steady rise is on the cards, rather than a late bonfire night.
We do not know, though many of us suspect we do, what may accompany, or follow, the EGM.

Greekman,
Th 85,000,000 is shown on MAM and ADVFN at 1.0p (850k). The RNS states the nominal value of 0.1p (85k).....

I think the price will actually go up a tad (OK opinion only, already digging my bunker). The dilution, has in my opinion already been mainly priced in, but so to some extent has the financing. As soon as the offer was recorded all knew what the dilution would be if fully taken up, but it was not so certain if it would all go through smoothly. Those who expect that the diluted average re total holdings value will even out pro rata to the pre dilution price per share ,should think 'Have you already priced the value in for your own holdings, if so others will have also'.
The EGM will be the make or break of this share, and not to put a too strong slant on it the company. The substance will say it all.

Why would anyone buy seo via a WT at 1.2p when for most of the day u could buy them cheaper than that. 2.5m WT and a 1m O trade at the end ??

Earlier today I admitted I misread todays RNS thinking the Nominal price of 1p was the selling price, but now looking back I see sellsell 's post 21875 on friday afternoon said "85m trades gone through at 1p ".
Stockdog above in 21913 used calculations saying "85,000,000 sold at approx 1.226".
Not having been around on friday, nor access to details of individual trades I am no clearer as to whether AoR need other cash toenable them to take up their full entitlements or have enough to pay as required by this Thursday morning's deadline

greekman - garyble is correct. The sale of 85M on 27th October was made at 1.0p per share as shown below:
#------Trade Code----Price (p)--------Size----------Type----Bid-----Offer----Trade Time
85---004ZLA2H06-----1.0--------85000000--------O-----1.11----1.15-----15:17:59
Thus, AoR have raised 850,000 with that sale.

Tony,
Yes I see what you mean, could be right. Now confused slightly.
Gary, Alfalfa,
Yes sorry just noticed that although I have never known a nominal share price on any float at .1p, me thinks as usual SEO have got it wrong and it should have said 1p. Anyone know different I will stand corrected.

Assuming the EGM passes uneventfully (ie. excluding contract announcements) I expect the refinance package will go through. That should result in a slight SP rise as an(other) uncertainty is removed.
Tuesday - probably a slight dip as the new shares become available for trading.
But if I know so much what the F*** am I doing here...

Cheers Alan. Am looking to buy up more SEO shares(sensible or not??) at around current price but want to hold fire t'ill after the EGM, how soon will the likes of myself ~(who can't get down to London for EGM) know if the company is on a secure financial footing? i suppose there will be news posted by the regulatory body immediatly after the meeting.
