Getting out of the shower at my mums and not realizing that the floor was lower than it is at my house........ and I stepped down awkwardly and I felt it tear...

Owwww poor Spacie, easy done I remember my Ex damaging his Achilles from his foot slipping sideways off a new & thick front door mat, he striaghtened up and pulled himself the other way to stop himself from stumbling (cos he was holding one of our babies at the time) and they reckoned that wrenching sideways did the damage - so easy done and will take a long while to heal so go easy!

KEAYDIAN, yes thats the right road, keep going down there for a while then first left, second right, second right third left keep going for about a while then turn left at the scond roundabout take the first exit, a few miles down there sharp right then after about 75 miles its a right turn and after 100 meters your there, you cant miss it its right next to that thing that you cant miss.
