Getting out of the shower at my mums and not realizing that the floor was lower than it is at my house........ and I stepped down awkwardly and I felt it tear...

Owwww poor Spacie, easy done I remember my Ex damaging his Achilles from his foot slipping sideways off a new & thick front door mat, he striaghtened up and pulled himself the other way to stop himself from stumbling (cos he was holding one of our babies at the time) and they reckoned that wrenching sideways did the damage - so easy done and will take a long while to heal so go easy!
