I understand what you are saying - this problem shoudl mainly be affecting the smaller caps,and the Sets should on the whole be fine, but if I do make any headway, I will let you know.

Service is excellent, but outages are unacceptable especially in this business.

Thank you for your feedback - we did suffer an outage with our streaming services on Tuesday of this week which was out of hands, and resolved as soon as possible.

We try to maintain the best service we can and are proud of our record when it comes to site 'up time'. However, there is no internet site in the world that could guarentee 100% up time, and it is our job to limit any problems, which we have and will continue to be very successful in doing.
