SEO's management and company secreatry are a completely F---in' useless bunch of c--ts. If it wasn't so serious it would be laughable. How many incorrect RNSs can be issued before it warrants FSA or stock exchange involvement?
How many times do they need to be told to check, double check and check again before releasing an RNS. Next time they should just release the 1st one in "draft" form then we can all expect a follow up. Incompetence is far too kind a description for them! Much as I disliked Shares Mag attitude to SEO I can see exactly how SEO tempted there shorting strategy!

Not sure whether anyone else has noticed - but there have been some clever posting of shares today. There have been several posting of large volumes whcih look to me as though they are being notified 24hrs late - almost to the minute. They go through as an L trade - but appear as buys - wheras in fact if they had been posted 24hrs ealier - they would have been posted as a sell.
Take the trade at 16.37 as an example - and there have been lots more during the day.
Thats assumimg that I understand an L trade correctly

An interesting selection by companies whose products are one of the worst causes of poluting the atmosphere - investing in a green company ??

BH
Not only almost the worst polluting activities but -
Mineworkers - almost a defunct activity in these islands
British Coal - almost non existent these days (other than imports)
- both in ways resulting from poor managements in the past.
Thats their interest in SEO - mutual support of kindred !

No dagammon - if you subscibed to the offer - you will get those shares that you subscribed for (and paid for) added to your trading account. If you did n't - then you continue with the number of shares that you had

Getting my mind in gear for tomorrow's EGM, I looked back to posts reporting the last EGM on 30 August last year.
It makes interesting, if disapointing, reading. Sharesure's report in post 8726 and BHunt's in 8733 are both on page 437 of this thread. (to get there quickly click on Earlier Posts box below then get curser on to the address in the URL toolbar, press End on your keyboard and change the 1103 to 437, click on Go - Excuse if I didn't get the expressions right!)

Pat. Thanks.
Oily, BHunt, MadPad and I are certainly going - possibly others from here who have not announced it. We will post our reports, thoughts and impressions later in the day, after a postmortem lunch (or tea if it goes on that long! LOL).
I expect they will publish a confirmatory RNS after the EGM finishes (last time it was about 3 hours after an hour long meeting) and possibly earlier a report/update as the EGM commences to coincide with what they hand out/tell to attendees at 11.00am.
Who knows, there could well be something very good at 7.00am tomorrow about contracts. They need it to ease what could be a difficult meeting for the Board.

Wish I were in London this morning.............
I must admit to a certain amount of trepidation about todays meeting. I know what I expect but i cannot help feeling that once again we will be disappointed by the clarity and the quantity of information and that by this time tomorrow we will still be second guessing the meaning of what they are trying to tell us (or trying not to tell us).
This company is bad for your nerves, but let us hope it is good for your pocket.
