can anyone please explain. Are shares bought today automatically divied on a 3 for 5 basis next week?.

Tonyrelaxes - 03 Nov 2006 17:31 - 22072 of 27111

BH
Not only almost the worst polluting activities but -
Mineworkers - almost a defunct activity in these islands
British Coal - almost non existent these days (other than imports)
- both in ways resulting from poor managements in the past.

Thats their interest in SEO - mutual support of kindred !

bhunt1910 - 03 Nov 2006 17:36 - 22073 of 27111

No dagammon - if you subscibed to the offer - you will get those shares that you subscribed for (and paid for) added to your trading account. If you did n't - then you continue with the number of shares that you had

Getting my mind in gear for tomorrow's EGM, I looked back to posts reporting the last EGM on 30 August last year.

It makes interesting, if disapointing, reading. Sharesure's report in post 8726 and BHunt's in 8733 are both on page 437 of this thread. (to get there quickly click on Earlier Posts box below then get curser on to the address in the URL toolbar, press End on your keyboard and change the 1103 to 437, click on Go - Excuse if I didn't get the expressions right!)

Tonyrelaxes

Good Luck to you, and all who are going to EGM tomorrow.

Tonyrelaxes - 05 Nov 2006 21:50 - 22080 of 27111

Pat. Thanks.

Oily, BHunt, MadPad and I are certainly going - possibly others from here who have not announced it. We will post our reports, thoughts and impressions later in the day, after a postmortem lunch (or tea if it goes on that long! LOL).

I expect they will publish a confirmatory RNS after the EGM finishes (last time it was about 3 hours after an hour long meeting) and possibly earlier a report/update as the EGM commences to coincide with what they hand out/tell to attendees at 11.00am.

Who knows, there could well be something very good at 7.00am tomorrow about contracts. They need it to ease what could be a difficult meeting for the Board.

hewittalan6 - 06 Nov 2006 09:06 - 22081 of 27111

Wish I were in London this morning.............
I must admit to a certain amount of trepidation about todays meeting. I know what I expect but i cannot help feeling that once again we will be disappointed by the clarity and the quantity of information and that by this time tomorrow we will still be second guessing the meaning of what they are trying to tell us (or trying not to tell us).
This company is bad for your nerves, but let us hope it is good for your pocket.

Sharesure - 06 Nov 2006 09:09 - 22082 of 27111

Sorry not to be at the meeting. Can someone ask them what has happened with Rothschild project to sell the bio-degradeable cigarette filter? It should have been completed by now so I suspect the answer will not be encouraging?

pinnacle - 06 Nov 2006 11:26 - 22083 of 27111

Can't help but think the same alan!

I just hope I am wrong.

The only positive is the buying from the institutions - nothing else.

I must admit I will be pleased to get out of this one with hopefully some profit for all the distress it has given.

We will know by the end of today how things are going to be - if not then that will be a bad sign.

kimoldfield - 06 Nov 2006 11:32 - 22084 of 27111

The first box of rotten tomatoes should have been thrown by now. Whatever happens, it will hopefully put an end to speculation and bring about accumulation. I had hoped to get down to London but commitments have dictated otherwise, anyway my wife made soup with my box of tomatoes so it was no use going unarmed!

nyleve - 06 Nov 2006 11:56 - 22085 of 27111

Hi all - almost as bad as sitting in the dentist waiting room, waiting for your name to be called !!!!!
Lets hope we have some good news, we deserve it !!!!

Dave

kimoldfield - 06 Nov 2006 12:16 - 22086 of 27111

So, Resolution passed without amendment, and seemingly no comment either.....yet!

greekman - 06 Nov 2006 12:17 - 22087 of 27111

Result just in re the EGM and as expected resolution passed. Now just waiting for the substance postings from those who attended.

kimoldfield - 06 Nov 2006 12:27 - 22088 of 27111

I have to say that I will be surprised if we get any substantial news at this point, the Prospectus laid out why SEO needed the money and I feel that we will more likely get meaty news AFTER the micro manufacturing plants have been put into production. I hope that I will be surprised.

sellsell - 06 Nov 2006 14:01 - 22089 of 27111

a bit of an anti climax!
